We have been using them for many years and when a recent problem came about with ants in various areas of our home as well as silverfish in my office, we knew we needed to have the house treated the silverfish treatment required the technician to go up in the attic crawl space and put a special treatment in that wood get rid of the silverfish and also require us to not be upstairs for 2 hours after the treatment took place. After he finished the treatments, he gave us a rundown of everything he did and told us to let him know if we had any other problems or concerns.
