Our son started training at the D1 Boise location, and over the course of just three months, he…read morewent through three different coaches. Eventually, he was left with no coach at all, despite us having already paid for his sessions. From there, communication completely fell apart. I repeatedly reached out by phone, email, and text, trying to get his remaining sessions scheduled. Appointments would be made and then canceled, over and over. Before anything was resolved, the Boise location shut down. We still have 13 prepaid sessions that have never been honored. Since then, I've emailed, called, and messaged the owner (Shaun Wardle), along with coaches and managers, anyone I had contact information for like Ryan, Booby, Keena, Hudson. I have received no response from anyone. I've also tried to transfer my son to the Nampa location so he could simply use the sessions we've already paid for, but I've had no success. This is the first negative review I've ever left because I don't like criticizing businesses, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service has been unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend signing up with D1. I simply want the 13 sessions we paid for to be honored or refunded so we can move on.

A gf from back in Ca told me to check out a Fit4Mom in my area. I had no idea what she was talking about... but I started searching around on Facebook and found one!! I went to my first class and the rest is history! I met Brittany Joplin and a few of her instructors and really felt like I finally fit somewhere and felt instantly accepted! (I had ZERO FRIENDS moving here) I now call these mamas my Tribe! I participate in weekly classes like Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and BOOST (mama only class). Best part is- my baby daughter LOVES it, and I Love that we have an everyday routine that starts our day off positive and she's able to interact after class with kids her age! (She has more friends than I do now!) This past Fall, I participated in Fit4Mom 8 week Body Back session. I not only lost 5inches around my waist, but increased my strength and endurance immensely. I can't even believe it! My life has completely changed because of Fit4Mom Meridian.

These women welcomed me and my completely out-of-shape mom bod with open arms. I attend the Hidden Springs group and these women truly make me feel right at home. The instructors ALWAYS provide the modifications for making something easier (or harder for the advanced moms) which I so appreciate. They are genuine, supportive, encouraging and I'm so thankful I am now part of this community!!

They give you a heart rate monitor to use to track the progress during the class. It is $89 to purchase if you decide to sign up. Class was fun. Good modern music. Pretty loud which I didn't mind. I liked the bathrooms, but don't think 2 is enough for the class size. I liked the post workout showers, but again 2 is not enough. I don't think the day use lockers are large enough if you do plan on bringing stuff to shower. Sales pitch at the end of the class. I didn't sign up. Yet at least. Although they take all of your information (including credit card information) and I got a call to make sure I was coming earlier in the day. I think they will continue to follow up to get me to sign up. Also, I liked that you get an email with your workout summary at the end of the class. Pricing (as of 05/16/2018) $99 for 8 classes/month. $59 for 4 classes/month. $159 for unlimited classes. Pricing is $89 for 8 classes a month and $149 for unlimited classes if you are a St. Luke's Medical Center employee. Make sure you get that discount. Class times can be limiting for some so check the schedule before signing up. There aren't any from 12-4pm I believe during the week. And none after 12pm on the weekends. But they have weekday classes at 5am if that works for you. WiFi is Orange theory guest. Password is: getfitwithorange all one word. No capital letters.
