We rented a water slide for a large party and expected to have it for the agreed rental period. Instead, the owner came and picked it up a day early without notifying us. We later learned it was because he had another customer willing to pay more. Taking rented equipment before the agreed return time, without any communication, is unacceptable. It left us scrambling and put a huge damper on our event. A company's word and commitment to its customers should mean something, and that clearly wasn't the case here. I would strongly recommend choosing a company that honors its reservations, communicates with its customers, and values integrity over making an extra dollar. 100% will be suing!!

We arranged a tent rental for our son's graduation from Miami University. They neglected to inform…read moreus that we needed a permit, and in addition they constructed the tent in violation of city code (it was within 20' of the house, which we would have no idea about, but this is their business). The City fire marshall forced us to remove the tent prior to the party. A&S set up two cheap pop-ups in place of the full 20X30 tent and charged us full price for the original setup. When we challenged them through AMEX, they lied and told AMEX that we had applied for and were denied a permit. These liars shouldn't be in business and they should be put in cuffs stealing our money.

We also realized that we needed more steps and the owner himself (Bill) came out to set them up and to make sure we were happy with the stage.
