We started going to Kid Clubhouse when our little could barely walk. The isolated infant/toddler zone is fantastic. We've grown into the toddler climbing, jumping, sliding, ball-pit area and it's phenomenal. Also moving into the giant climbing apparatus and it's great. I have to give the mason location five stars, I felt very safe there since they provide bracelets for you and your child so you can't leave unless the numbers match up.. it was clean, no one was ranting ab my daughter being on the toddler area.. she's three and wonderland complained ab it, they need to get a gate! .. with that being said this location does have a gate for they're baby and toddler area! .. also enjoyed being able to play with my daughter and go down the slides! .. all around great experience here today! read more

I love this place!!! I care for grandkids several days a week and I have been to every indoor play place in the Cincinnati and Dayton area - none of them compete with this place. First of all the employees are NICE - and there are so many working at the same time. Many places only have one or two employees working at any given time in a facility packed full of kids. I also LOVE that you and your littles are required to wear matching wrist bands and must present these wristbands in order to leave. The door is monitored by employees so it would be difficult to snatch up a child. A lot of places have no safety precautions in place for that and let's face it - in these play places many adults bring their kids then sit back to relax for several hours on their phones. I love that they are CONSTANTLY cleaning - the place is spotless - even inside the play structure. And it is just so much fun - so much for kids to do. They just opened a second location close to me by Kings Island and it is just as amazing. Great job!! read more

Cute spot for a kiddie party. Clean, nice facilities, plenty to keep your YOUNGER (I would say 7-8 y.o max) kids occupied, and nice party facilities. I was happy to see that they let you bring your own food to the party rooms, rather than forcing you to order food from the facility, which I'm sure is an option as well. The party we attended ended after a couple of hours, but they would have let the kids play longer, but the entire facility had been rented out for some "big wig" kiddo's b-day party and we all had to "skidaddle!!" No worries, PLENTY of fun was had by all, with only a few sad, "I want to STAAAAAAAAAAAY" tantrums, which are toddler versions of "5 star" reviews!! ;-) read more

This is a fabulous place for kids just to be kids on a rainy day on a cold day actually any day for them just to run and play and scream and laugh and have fun. There's a huge padded play area, slides, a bouncy house, an area for toddlers, a rock climbing wall, huge Connect Four game... sooooo many things for kids to enjoy. They have private rooms for parties they have a little dining area with TV where you can have snacks and drinks. Seating is provided throughout the building for adults to sit and watch their children and they have free Wi-Fi. It's not very expensive compared to some of the other kid places. Our grandchildren love it! They will run and play for hours getting rid of all that excess energy and we just sit, smile and watch them play. Let's start with the positives. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was! It smelled clean and everything looked shiny and new. It was pretty incredible considering most places like this are absolutely filthy. It honestly looked like it opened yesterday! The jungle gym climbing thing was amazing and so fun. I really appreciate how it's big enough to fit adults so I could go in easily with my 2 year old, but honestly my toddler was still a bit too small for the big kid area. This brings me to the toddler area! It was so cute and absolutely perfect for my daughter! The bounce house was also a lot of fun for her. But now I have to address the lack of supervision and bullying. We had to leave early because someone's child was relentlessly picking on the smaller kids. I saw him kicking, shoving, and trapping other kids. He tried to flip my daughter off a toy in the toddler area and I had to tell him to leave her alone. My friend had to tell him to play nice because he was pushing her 3 year old against the nets in the gym area. I would have gone to a staff member if I saw one, but I didn't. I think there's a problem with the whole "parents can work from home here" mentality. It needs to be mandatory to watch your kids. It's not a daycare. I don't want to have to reprimand someone else's child. It ended up not being fun for anyone. read more

You'd think in these pandemic times that places that are designed for mass kids to burn some energy that they'd have some issues with being too crowded or unruly. This is not the case at the Kid Clubhouse. The folks running the place are super nice, super attentive and seem to be cleaning non stop. It's rather impressive. We met our niece with her fiancé and the two kids(3 and 2) and they loved this place. The kids went. In stop. I never had a moment where there were too many other kids at one time and al the parents seemed very attentive. Sure beats our days when our kids were this age and we ended up at a pizza place that had games and kids play areas. Always felt like there might be a fight at any moment.... and not taking about just the kids?! It is a great place if you have young ones and they need to burn some energy(and adults I suppose as they get to chase their kids down in the cages). They have a blow up castle house thing, the rat race type thing(they call it a multi level playground) a few puzzle type areas and a few roll around low to the ground rider carts. They do have a snack stand with tables if you're kids get hungry. They also had big TVs playing sports. Oh! And this place is owned and run by a local family AND they state that they give back to the community. That's a win win in my book. read more

We have been going to Kids Clubhouse for about a year now and have loved it. They just added a big play area for little kids (45in and smaller) and it's AMAZING! So great for our little one! I visited Kids Clubhouse today for the first time and was blown away. I have two little ones and was nervous it would be overwhelming to keep track of them both by myself, but the way this place is set up is amazing! There is one entrance and exit which helps it feel secure. I also saw staff diligently checking wristbands prior to exiting to validate the proper adult and children were leaving. This put me greatly at ease. It was also SO clean and well taken care of. Ample seating for parents across the entire place. Great tables and chairs (even toddler ones) for snack time as well. This is a well run business, with a strong focus on fun, safety and cleanliness. Our children lives playing here and I like seeing their employees walking around keeping an eye on things and also seeing them clean while we are there. Pluses are the step stools in the rest room as well as the dual toilet seats for small bottoms! Did I also forget to say how clean they are? As a Gramma, I loved that they allow us to pack lunches/bring in our own food. We still bought treats from their concession as well. We highly recommend this indoor playground and it's employees! The inside was nice, clean and fun! The pricing of it was what took me by surprise because they had just changed it I think a few days before we went for our first time. I moved here from Denver and places like these are very popular and have like monthly membership X amount like prices are each there own and I would pay for a monthly membership more than going and spending 100$ to get a free day. I think they changed the pricing because a lot of mom with very young babies were there for longer than we were there. I really liked the place and would likely come back if memberships come but I bought a membership to Somethimg else instead. read more

Staff is walking around sanitizing. Snack bar is well stocked and organized. Prices for snacks are great. Love that parents can play on equipment with kids. Great variety for kids of all ages. Restrooms are v clean and stocked. Not much decor in restrooms. There is a nursery with a rocking chair and changing table. But no carpet or decor in nursery. Definitely not a warm "nursery" feel. You can rent out rooms for parties. Great indoor playground for the Dayton area. Price point is average. Compared to other places we have tried in the area, kid clubhouse would be the preferred. Only reason for 4 stars is that they should offer a military discount or a family discount for multiple children. We will definitely come back, and bring friends! read more

A great place to take your kids! We took our two and a half year old for the first time today. She loved it! We easily spent hours here. The staff is very attentive and very child friendly! They seemed to really enjoy being around the children and interacting with them. I really like that parents are welcome to go into the "big playground" with their little ones. They have several comfy chairs set up in pairs with a small table in between facing the larger pay area so the adults can sit & relax while watching their kids play. They have a separate inclosed baby play area for ages up to 3. There's a large bounce house with a slide in the back corner. They have a snack counter where you can purchase drinks/snacks. There are dining tables for adults & 2 small dining picnic tables for kids. There is a large projector screen playing sports in the dining area. The snacks are a bit pricey I felt. $3.50 for a kids juice bottle & $1 for a tiny kids fruit gummy pouch. So I would recommend bringing your own snacks/drinks. Price of Admission is reasonable & you can buy socks for $3. In the bathroom they have a child potty seat in the larger stall & the others appear to be lower for kids. They also have a step stool at the sink for kids, which is very convenient. I recommend bringing a sweater because I felt it was chilly, but understand they probably keep it cooler in there for the kids running around getting hot. I was there about 2.5hrs & noticed several employees vacuuming, going inside the play areas & sanitizing, washing windows, etc., which is awesome! It's great for parents and kids alike, with ample play space and age-diversified areas/equipment, plus plenty of tables for parents. There is a snack bar, Art room, and a huge plus is the staff that continually circulates and cleans throughout the entire day. The owners are some of the nicest people you'll meet and have a heart for kids and putting safety first. My kids had a blast and we are only sorry we don't have it where we live. Each child should have a waiver filled out on file & gets a wristband with a matching number for you. Before you can leave, they check your numbers for a match- I loved this & it felt so safe. From the chairs you could see the entire playground & the bounce house. The place was clean and I watched a worker clean the whole play area twice in the two hours we were there. My 17 month old loves this place! I love that there is somewhere for her to go and play even being so little. most places forget about the wee ones but this place has an awesome 1-3 year old area. The only reason I am not rating it 5 is because I wish the employees monitored the toddler area a little better. As I have said my girl is 17 months old and I've had kids 5 plus just trample her in that area. It's such a small area and really targeted towards toddlers but older kids come in and kinda take over and just run the tots off. A positive is I ALWAYS see employees cleaning. They give out wristbands for you and your child to wear to make sure no one takes off with your little but both times we have been no one has checked the wristbands. Loved this place! Great place for my friends kid's birthday party. They were super accommodating for the men forced to be at said birthday party and put football games on almost every tv. I also loved the fact that you can bring your own food in for your bday party! The staff there were all super friendly and very polite! The play area seemed very clean and didn't smell like sweaty little kid feet. I also loved that the bathrooms were very kid friendly with kid toilet seats, sink stools so they could reach the sink and a diaper genie for dirty diapers. My family and I had a wonderful time visiting today! Our kids are 12, 10, 2.5 and 7 months and there was something for all of them! My husband was able to easily follow our toddler inside of the climbing structure and I saw many other parents also playing with their children inside the structure as well. The seating is comfy and plentiful if you prefer to let the kids run while you relax or work. The staff were friendly and the price was super reasonable. I would suggest a different landing pad under the bounce house as it's a bit of a drop for younger kids but there was a foam tile so they are aware-maybe something is coming. It's a very nice place. My child said it was the best place ever. It's much more interactive than other similar play places near by. There are good lines of sight from all the adult seating. My one criticism would be for them to enforce the toddler area to be strictly toddlers. I was there on a Saturday and there was a full desk of staff at the front and the snack bar.
