The level of communications prior to and during the repair was outstanding ... Al communicated on several occasions by phone and email. As business owners ourselves, it was very refreshing to connect with Al and his staff in their Mississauga location. We have another MacBook Pro we are dropping off for repairs and would consider going nowhere else. They damaged my phone - the phone has never worked since they "repaired" it, what a joke. They replaced a broken screen, afterwards the phone would randomly mute, lines across the screen, colours faded, not bright or crisp. I took it back, they replaced it again, the second one was worse. I phoned them to tell them I was going elsewhere, I would return their crappy screen, once the phone was fixed. They said: "We don't trust other repair people, bring it back to us and we will take the screen out. So, I did, they put in another broken screen, so I could get it to another repair place, and then THEY REFUSED TO GIVE A REFUND, they said the warranty had expired! Why would they tell me to drive from Toronto so they could reclaim their screen, and give me back a phone that was worse than when I originally took it to them. If you go to them be prepared to hire a lawyer. CROOKS! The phone is now being repaired at Apple, for $350, because they damaged the battery connector. I will be seeing my lawyer on Friday.
