He repaired my damaged siding beautifully, and the finished work looks fantastic. What impressed me most was how responsive and helpful he was throughout the process. I had my roof replaced in November 2023 and used Freedom Roofing with the recommendation from my insurance agent and after reviewing the reviews. I had a very bad experience and would not recommend them and will not use them again. It's a very long story about all the issues so I will summarize. They replaced the roof and immediately I noticed damage to the interior of my home. The damage consisted of cracked ceilings. Freedom Roofing didn't want to take responsibility for the damage or the repairs. I was forced to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to entice action by the company. The company did not response in the required 14 days and I had to call the BBB to ask them to illicit a response from the company. When prompted Freedom finally responded. Inept drywall people came to my home and repaired the cracks and painted the ceilings a different ceiling color and did a poor job on the repair. I called the owner of Freedom Roofing and he came to my home and agreed the ceiling job looked poor and asked me to get an estimate for a paint job to fix the job his company botched. I got an estimate and submitted it to him and he deducted it from the balance I owed him for the roof job. This process took 5 long months. I am sure the company would of not taken responsibility but for the fact that I filed a complaint with the BBB. There were many other issues, but that was one main one. Freedom Roofing does excellent work and uses quality materials - all at a very fair price. Before choosing Freedom, we had three other estimates done on tearing off and replacing our 22 year old roof. Not only was Freedom at the less expensive end of the scale, but their estimate specified a number of techniques/materials many roofing contractors charge extra for (i.e. cutting in ridge vents, using ice/water shields, etc.). I was able to scope out their work before committing to anything, as they completed several projects in our neighborhood. I was impressed by the efficacy of their crews and how clean they left the work site at the end of the day. Midway through their work on our home, a structural deficiency was discovered in one of the small additions the prior owner had made to the exterior of the house. I asked Kyle and the crew to remedy this, even though it was not in the initial estimate. They took care of the issue and only charged a nominal additional fee. I kept waiting for the "too good to be true" moment, but the final invoice had no surprises, and the roof has already proven itself top notch. I highly recommend Freedom Roofing. read more

Maybe it was the crew they subbed to, maybe not. Either way, they were resistant to fixing the multiple problems with the job. The edges were sloppy and inconsistent, there are weird flowing patterns in the shingles since they weren't tiled appropriately. There were leaks where flashing was damaged or ignored. The skylights they replaced were better than what they put in. The replacements are thin and noisy. They also didn't make sure the replacements fit correctly and had to send a trim carpenter to fix the interior only after I complained about the unfinished job. I cannot imagine how they let all this stuff go. There's zero QC to the job. Also, still finding nails everywhere and they damaged several screens. Lastly, but certainly not least, the roof makes an annoying humming noise when we have strong winds out of the southwest. My guess is the mis-laying of the shingles had something to do with it. I have never been so disappointed with any service I've hired in my life. I am not a complainer, but these guys are terrible. read more

The guys from Freedom Roofing were great. They were friendly to work with and gave me a fair price. The roofers showed up early every day and worked hard to get the roof done quickly and correctly. At night they would tarp the exposed part which was good for the night it did rain. It has been three months since they completed it. It still looks great and we have not had any problems. read more
