We deal with Jim personally, our daughter was dealing with another staff member and did not get the same service or care that we have gotten. Phone calls were not returned and my daughter felt like there was a "don't care" attitude regarding her, (That person is no longer working there). Personally my husband and myself love Jim and know he looks out for us - when we are with him the time flies by and he takes the sting out of having our taxes done. I never have to worry with him doing them.

On top of that he failed to explain to me how i could save $2800 on taxes when i asked, i think this accountant firm thinks everyone has tax experience from college degrees. I came to Brain Peterson for help when i needed and all they cared about was how much money they can squeeze from me while doing the smallest amount of work possible, and they don't always respond. Also this is not Brian's business, he inherited it from his father and you can tell. The guy is not all there when you talk to him and tells you things you want to hear without following thru. If you are reading this i wouldn't waste your money with these guys, they have big empty offices and lots of bills, you will never get service you need even if you pay the thousands in fees, like i did. My last accountant charged me the same amount but he actually took all my receipts and worked, what did you do for the $1250 you charged me? You added up all the numbers i gave you and failed to save me $2800 on taxes, your one job. You are lucky my chargeback failed, but i'll settle for this review.
