I am so grateful we found Cole Health. This is a genuine review, and these 5 stars were absolutely earned. My child first started speech therapy with DeAnn, and you can truly tell she has a passion for what she does. My child absolutely adores her and is always asking about her at home. Watching the bond they built over time meant so much to me as a parent. The progress my child has made at Cole Health has been incredible. He went from mainly making utterances and barely talking to now talking nonstop at home. The growth and progress we have seen during his time here has been amazing to witness. He also worked with Mills, who was equally amazing. She was patient, kind, and made such a positive impact on my child's journey. I said okay and asked whether they could reschedule him for another day during the week. She told me there was availability for OT tomorrow at 12:00 PM. Then, today at 12:11 PM, I received a call asking if I was coming to the appointment. I explained that they had canceled on me. Despite that, they still charged me a $100 no-show fee. What a scam. 1. This place seems heavily focused on charging fees. They charge a $100 no-show fee if you are just 8 minutes late. They conveniently call you right after the 8-minute mark and phrase it as a "reminder." 2. If you are even 5 minutes late picking up your child, they charge you additional fees. Meanwhile, their therapists are frequently more than 5 minutes late themselves. They have a predatory fee structure, and the management appears incompetent. Instead of properly investigating issues and improving their processes, they simply side with the receptionist.

My hand surgeon personally recommended Oliver as the best hand therapist in the area and insisted I go only to him. Recovery took a long time but it did eventually get almost all the way better. There's still some residual soreness and stiffness but I believe they got it fixed as best it can get due to the extend of my injury. The next time I break a finger I will definitely come back

I have to say I find the first review of this daycare to be "sketchy" for a few reasons…read more 1. I too dropped in without an appointment to tour the facility. Based on the prior review it sounds like she was just walking around peeking in windows. This is impossible at this facility. In fact at the daycare entrance you cant even get in from outside. I know because I first went to that entrance and was directed to the front for check in, which included taking my ID, creating a visitor tag based on my ID photo and waiting in the lobby until someone met me and guided me through the entire facility. 2. Since you are paired with a guide, if there was a question on what was happening in one of the classrooms, why didn't she inquire? Perhaps what she was seeing part of a child's physical therapy she just didn't understand but ask rather than leave a bad review. All of the observations seemed to be based on an interpretation that may have been easily explained if asked. Based on my tour the facility is very cheerful and thoughtfully designed. The hallways are classrooms, and therapy facilities are clean and well organized. Teachers all engaged with low teacher to student ratios. The center has different rooms based on the child's needs and development stage. Overall a beautiful environment focused on child development.
