They've been great to talk to over the phone and they'll give you a time and price estimate right when you call. You get a link to watch the truck drive to you with an estimated arrival time. The truck drivers are super nice and professional. They explain the total cost, what they're going to do, and give you a detailed receipt that explains everything. You can pay them directly with either card or credit, and they load your car right then and there. I wish I wasn't a repeat customer lol but they're really awesome!

We bought a car from Carvana, and the next morning it wouldn't start. Nothing electrical would come…read moreon at all. They arranged a tow for the car to our chosen mechanic, and JWA towing was who came to the door. I have to say that the guy who came was phenomenal. He tried to start it and suggested maybe it was the battery. So I popped the hood and although the battery looked new, the wiring wasn't connected very snugly. He jiggled it a bit and the open door dinging sound came on. He was then able to start it, and get it onto the truck. Once it was on the truck he noticed that one of the tires had splitting rubber on the side. The dealer had painted it black so it wouldn't be as noticeable. His guy didn't have to mention these things, but after I explained that we were still in our 7 day Carvana return period he pointed out some things he noticed, and did it in a very humble way. When I spoke to my mechanic about what the car needed, guess what? The battery wiring was loose and the tire the tow guy had pointed out was splitting. So that verified even further that this guy knows cars! Thanks so much to this place, and for a kind and knowledgeable tow guy!!

They explained every step of the way, gave calls during the process of the paint prep and even gave me some options to take care of some other scratches I had on the car. When looking for a car shop, you worry about perfect paint match. Paint did look like it matched up just fine. I did find a few very small bubbles which isn't a big deal but as a car enthusiast, I would always have that in the back of my mind since it's not OG factory paint anymore. They also took care of adding more clips to secure the bumper more which I was missing and didn't know. The painter then came out and took some time to talk about my car and what was done which I liked a lot. That's good customer service. Only flaw I think they had when I picked up the car was my interior was very dusty, as if they left the windows down while painting and sanding down old paint. I had to detail my car once I got home and wiped every single part of my car down. Over all happy, 4/5 only because they left the interior a little dirty and I have asthma. Dust and asthma don't mix well. Thank you for doing my car quick and getting me back on the road!
