After five hours of waiting on AAA I called EC Towing & Recovery based on the online Yelp reviews. We were very frustrated and he calmed us down right away. He was able to pick up the unattended vehicle asap and deliver it to the tire garage which was closed. They communicated well and got the keys delivered so the car was safe overnight. During the "Bomb Cyclone" weather event, I found my car's battery died. I checked Yelp's reviews of EC Towing in the DC area and, boy am I glad I called them. Eric picked up immediately and Milton called me and showed up on time. Milton patiently and professionally tried a couple of times to jump start. His persistence did not pay off so he ingeniously loaded the car - which was paralleled parked and surrounded by cars. Remind you the bitter whipping arctic winds!
