About 15 minutes later Suraj pulled up, did his diagnostics, and started replacing the battery. Suraj was professional, knowledgeable and replaced the battery in under 10 minutes. They've been great to talk to over the phone and they'll give you a time and price estimate right when you call. You get a link to watch the truck drive to you with an estimated arrival time. The truck drivers are super nice and professional. They explain the total cost, what they're going to do, and give you a detailed receipt that explains everything. You can pay them directly with either card or credit, and they load your car right then and there. I wish I wasn't a repeat customer lol but they're really awesome!
