Extremely professional, extremely punctual, no over charging. Great experience from a not great situation.

My car has died on me twice and twice Mr. Chavez has turned a terrible situation into one that is manageable (like being stuck on a feeder road at rush hour with no working flashers). Today, he showed up fast, hooked up the car, made it safe and moved it out of the way of traffic in no time. After dropping off my car, he texted me photos. And his vibe is so calm and cool that it just rubs off on you. After working with him one time, knowing he was on the way, today, just chilled me right out. I stopped stressing because I knew Mr. Chavez was going to be here quick and get this handled. In terms of cost, his prices are very reasonable (a huge relief to my anxiety over the cost of the upcoming repair). He shows up when he says he will. He is a total professional (safe and fast). I knew there was something going on with my truck, but I figured that I'd be able to drive it to the dealership in the morning. My truck had other ideas. There were noises that shouldn't come from a truck. I needed it towed. It was a Sunday evening and I figured my chances of getting somebody were next to nil. By luck I found Henry and Freedom Towing. I told him where I was and where I needed to go. He said he'd be there in twenty minutes. He was there in nineteen. I can't thank enough for the support and assistance that we had. My car didn't start it had a damage battery that he diagnose but was not 100% sure so he offer to folow us to a car shop in case our car die in the way and even helped us to change the battery. In the shop they confirmed the battery was bad. He went beyond the calls of duty.
