I have $35,000 invested in a truck at their shop it's been there for 7 months and they can't get it to run. Put the wrong in engine in it, I gave him another $10,000 to match it up with the right transmission, another $4,000 for new fuel injectors in this engine. So many repairs. So many times going back. So many other mechanics fixing their work! I spent over $80,000 here in a year. Nice people, I don't think it's nothing criminal or negligent, I think they just are not a real mechanic shop. I was promised this truck back in July I paid everything up front it is now January I still have not received this truck all I get is excuses. I will only use for the simplest jobs. Anything electric or tricky just take it to a shop with a decent Google rating.

I worked with David and Chris (tech) to try to figure out a solution. Even though they did not have the parts needed on hand, they presented me with three options. I sincerely appreciate them for taking the time to help me find a solution. I do want to add, not only did they take the time to actually look at the problem to present me with options, but the customer service from both of them was something you don't find anymore. It was absolutely great to work with them and get the treatment that they provided.
