Originally Cornerstone told me I had to replace the condenser and compressor, and probably hoses, which I called around and got quotes for. I ended up getting a second opinion at Pep Boys, and all that had to be replaced was an O-ring on the AC. I just had a small leak, and Cornerstone tried to get me to replace the whole AC system. Definitely downgraded this review, because my fix cost $200... not $1300! Ridiculous over pricing and wrong diagnosis. My AC works perfectly now, for $1100 less than what was originally quoted at Cornerstone. Go get a second opinion or better get, don't go here in the first place.

I learned one thing as he continually disappeared to his truck to be on the phone and smoke cigarettes. I assume he was watching a U tube video on how to do the job. It was clear he had no idea what he was doing. Eventually he got so frustrated with the fix he showed his true colors. He got angry and offensive. After hours we started up the car, he used his truck to jump start the car? Why would a real machinic not have a portable tool to do that? Car started and he drove away leaving the bill. Well, a couple minutes later the car died. Called him back to access what was up because he wanted $700 hundred dollar and I am in the dark at 10 o'clock with a car that still had issues. When he arrived eventually, he was on his motorcycle with only a few tools. He tested the battery and said that was the problem. The situation got heated as I asked why would you not just simply start with the testing the battery as a first step and why not read any error codes first off as well? I obviously had plenty of time earlier to get a new one. He said that he was just hired to juar replace the part??? Awful person and extremely incompetent as a so called professional.
