Then Donnie(Gm) said they had to redo the work they had done. More time down. Finally get it back, it's not done. Had to take it back AGAIN for the clearness bra, THEY took it to S Salem to an outside source, THEY called and said there was no Appointment made. So we drove almost a hour away to pickup my truck, only to find mud all over the of the truck. Caliber Collision didn't even call me to tell me there was no appointment. So we AGAIN had to drive a hour away to get the work done and of course drive back to pick it up. After countless trips back and forth my vehicle STILL is not up to par but there's not a chance in hell I would take back to them. I'll pay out of pocket somewhere else and hopefully recoup in court.

Jonathan and Hunter were really great to work with. They even went out of their way and fixed a pre-existing scratch, which made me really happy. After replying with the pictures, VIN, and also letting them know that I could come in person if needed. Two days passed, still no response so I sent a follow up email asking if anything else was needed/if the pictures sent alright. It has now been a week and I still have not heard back. What was supposed to just be a simple paint patch job has now set me back a week. Do not recommend if you want quality customer service in a timely manner.
