This is a review for Platinum's mobile auto detailing. It was easy to schedule, and reschedule when a conflict came up. I did it all online. Their system notifies you via text when they're on the way. I added a second car at the last minute and they were able to accommodate. It took about six hours for both cars. They don't need anything except your keys - they have power, water, etc, within their truck. Service was completed in street parking spots. I booked the "in and out detail" which is $335. They added on a $35 pet hair removal fee. Plus tip, this was on the higher end of options. Ou cars were in pretty rough shape, especially inside. The result is certainly much improved, though not perfect for the price. I would likely re-book for interior detailing but maybe not exterior. read more

Just had my 30-year-old truck detailed by the pros at Platinum and I couldn't be happier. Had no idea paint could be brought back to life like that! Do not call them. I contacted Platinum Auto Care and told them I wanted the interior and exterior of my car cleaned. They quoted me $155. When they arrived, they told me that I did not ask for the interior and that it was going to be $300. Plus the appointment was for 11:00 and they showed up at 1:42 so I had to rearrange my schedule. As a particle physicist, my time is expensive. They just wasted half a day. Platinum Auto Care doesn't deserve one star. read more

Platinum Auto Care is GREAT! Edward and Ulysses came and picked up my water-damaged car and gave me lots of helpful information while here as they did so. They kept me informed as the restoration process proceeded. Bryam did wonderfully with my insurance company to make sure I got maximum compensation. What a great company. The moon roof on our car got opened and didn't seal correctly when it was closed. My wife and I left for a couple of weeks on an overseas tour, and when we got back, we found that the window had leaked and the interior of the car was growing mold. Platinum picked up the car and took it to their shop. When they brought it back, It looked brand new! They not only cleaned it, but they did several ozone treatments to kill the mold. These folks are amazing! My car had an incredibly terrible mold issue in my car due to a moisture intrusion somewhere in my car. Ulises and Carlos came out to my house in Amity and spent nearly 4 hours on the exterior of my 2019 Subaru Outback restoring it to nearly perfect condition and that was even without touch up paint.
