The head psychiatrist drew his own conclusions without talking to me. The patients were made to sit lined up against the wall in front of the nurses station, even when requesting to return to their beds. The beds were hard and horrible - some kind of rubber mattress. The nurses did their night checks by walking by and pushing the door open and peeking in as it closed. They couldn't have told if a patient needed help or not. I never, ever want to return to this "Serenity" center again. Except for the food, I would have been better off at home.
