After pre paying and giving all my info including address & phone numbers, I went home a happy customer. But apparently they miscalculated and the $80 I still owed was billed to some other address. They then turned me over to a collection agency who somehow had my correct phone number and address! They were able to contact me on the first try. Finally, they wouldn't take my $80. I had to pay the collection agency. Watch out. Their stupid billing mistakes will hurt your credit. Too bad!

However my insurance did reimburse some of the cost due to it falling under my medical insurance under ortho. It is not considered a dental procedure. Dr. Bolding's bedside manner is amazing and he knows his specialty inside and out. His office staff on the other hand were hopelessly chaotic and couldn't seem to get an appointment correct. 100% of the time I would be told my appointment time and I would call multiple times to confirm since I had to drive hours to his office and 100% of the time I would get there and they would say oh your appointment is/was blah blah blah. To be incapable of accurate scheduling 100% of the time is a lot. I would still recommend Dr. Bolding to anyone who needs jaw surgery. In fact I did and my best friend and also my daughter had the same surgery and are just as happy with their results. They also experienced the appointment chaos unfortunately so it wasn't just me sadly.

I only write this to save other parents and children from having to the same experience. Be warned. He was very abrasive and has absolutely no patience for children, especially special needs children. First, I pointed out a brown spot and he said it was a stain, next visit he talked down to us as he pointed out that it became a bad cavity. Second, he was impatient, down right mean to our child and us, only because our child was scared. Instead of calming him down, he just yelled at him. Our child didn't do anything wrong, just said he was scared. I would understand some reaction if perhaps we were jerks, our child acted up or something. But we were very cooperative and our child was just an Autistic kid that didn't feel comfortable around this man. I've never seen anyone in any medical/Dental field act like this, but as this man pitched his fit (yes he pitched a fit), the entire staff were so apologetic to us, expressing embarrassment and you could tell they were ashamed of his behaviour. They whispered to me "I am so sorry". We went to a different pediatric dentist and even found out that those fillings weren't even necessary! Now, our child has never been scared and is completely chill and enjoys going to the dentist. Take them ANYWHERE else.

They have full arcade games. They have everything from the simulated car arcade games, full size too not just some cheap or smaller version, to sit down and choose from over one hundred games like pac man, miss pac man, and gallega. They also had play station and cob with multiple controllers hooked up to HD TV's. Best of all every game was FREE! ( excluding your co-pay of course ). Needless to say the worst part of the wait was it wasn't long enough. I never thought in a million years I would say that about a dentist waiting room. When we saw the Doctor everything was very clean and new. Everyone was so nice and professional. They entertained my four year old so well that even getting a filling for her cavity, she was all smiles the whole time. I have never seen anything like it. The insurance picked up all except our co-pay which made this very inexpensive as far as my out of pocket. After my experience here I will be using this place for both of my kids as long as possible! The next day my daughter even ask if she could go back and see Dr. Rosenberg again instead of asking to go to the park like she usually does. This was the best experience I have ever had with any dentist and I can not recommend him enough for anyone with children! My three year old will be seeing him soon for her first visit and I couldn't be happier.

I told three different staff members I was not there for anything to do with an implant but just to have a crown put back on. I was moved 5 times to 4 different chairs/rooms. The dental assist said she was still learning her job and had only been there 9 months. Sorry sweetheart, if you don't know what you are doing in 9 months you should find another occupation. Many years ago I did that job and it didn't take 9 months to learn it. I had to pay for the exam upon arrival and pay again for cementing on the way out. It was like i was in a Keystone cop movie. Such disorganization and knowledge! Stay away!

Macy has cleaned my teeth for a couple of years and does a fantastic job each and every time. She is gentle and explains everything she is doing. I have suffered from TMJ my whole life. Dr. Jobst informed me about a special appliance/retainer specific for TMJ sufferers. This has changed my life!!! I only wish I had it years ago! Dr. Jobst patiently explained how it worked and answered my questions. He gave me all of the information so I could make an informed decision. I am not suffering from any more dull headaches since I purchased this appliance that I only wear at night. My daughter also became a patient and purchased one of the TMJ retainers.
