Three Christmas' ago my teenage son (at the time) got me a gift card from here. He worked and saved up for the gift. It wasn't a lot to the everyday person but to his momma & him it was of great sentimental value. He specifically asked if it ever expired bc he knew my health was at a low that year. They promised it never expired. I even called & asked after it was given to me for Christmas. Fast forward to last week. I have recently also moved but was back in Norman visiting & decided that since my health was better I would go use the gift card for Botox again. The worker that was there claimed that it had been four years & that gift cards expire after a year. I questioned it & she said she would reach out to the owner Ashley (which is who used to do most of my services). I was told that they would not be honoring the gift card. The card clearly says that there's no expiration date on the back. The face value is not that much to the everyday person but to me, they devalued a gift from my son. It's very unprofessional & illegal. Federal law says gift cards have to be honored for five years unless clearly marked.

Am I cured, no but I'm a solid 80% better than I was this morning. Same day and quick appointments! Please keep her in business I think she would be able to help so many! I was…read moreon antibiotics for strep, but I was still feeling like absolute trash on the day before Thanksgiving. I wasn't even worried about missing the holiday, I just felt so, so bad. I was able to get into NP 2 GO, and get an appointment for an infusion and a steroid shot. They took great care of me, and it was more affordable than an infusion in a retail storefront. I was able to get a much needed bag of fluids, plus vitamins, as well as a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. I could literally feel myself getting better. A few hours later, I was able to eat, drink, and function. I think the one-two punch of the infusion probably shaved 2-3 days off of feeling bad. I will definitely do this again and may get another infusion before the next time I have to travel.
