I finally decided to give them another try, and since this spot is so highly rated on Yelp, I decided to go for it. I've now had two hydrafacials here, and I do think they live up to the hype. I've had Star both times, and she is very good at what she does. She is also the perfect personality for a job like this. She's easy to talk to, shares a bit about herself, but doesn't talk about herself for the entire session. She is very good at what she does, and tender even when doing something that is (by its very nature) a bit uncomfortable. I also had dermaplane done here with my first facial. With my second, she decided I didn't need it, so I wasn't charged for it, which I thought was really nice. If you're looking for a new med spa, I think this is one worth checking out.

I bruise easy and she added in an extra product to reduced my bruising and I could see the difference-it helped so much! Amanda is amazing! She truly took her time with my lip filler, carefully working from side to side and checking every angle to make sure everything was balanced and customized to my natural lip shape and the look I wanted. I never felt rushed, and her attention to detail really shows in my results. I've also been to Dani for lashes and she is amazing and so warm and welcoming and Taylor helped me pick out the right skin care products for my skin type. I would not recommend this med spa to anyone based on my experience…read more I originally came in for a plasma pen treatment around my smile lines. I only wanted one treatment, but I was pressured into purchasing two treatments for $600, despite expressing hesitation. I felt uncomfortable but went along with it because of how it was presented to me. During the plasma pen appointment, the device was not functioning properly. Instead of stopping and rescheduling, the staff rigged the machine with wires and continued the treatment anyway. The treatment felt far more aggressive than expected, and the healing process was extreme and prolonged. I experienced excessive redness and irritation that lasted far longer than normal, to the point where I later had to pay for additional laser treatment just to correct the damage and lingering redness. Fast forward to recently: I called ahead to ask if I could use my unused, prepaid plasma pen credit toward Botox instead, since I did not feel comfortable repeating the plasma pen treatment. I was told they would check with the doctor and get back to me. No one ever followed up. I then came in for my appointment, paid what I was told was due, and left--only to be called afterward and told I suddenly owed an additional $300. When I explained the prior conversation, I was given multiple conflicting explanations, including being told by the doctor that I "never had a credit" and that it was supposedly "free," which is completely false. I paid $600 upfront and was clearly told I was purchasing two treatments. The backtracking, poor communication, pressure tactics, and willingness to use malfunctioning equipment on someone's face just to move forward with a service is extremely concerning. I ultimately paid just to be done with it, but I will never return and feel others should be aware before trusting this place with their face--or their money.
