This place absolutely sucks. Made an appointment to have a dashcam put in my wifes car three weeks in advance. Got there on time but they just kinda strolled in a few minutes after 9. Asked the guy how long it would be and he said three hours because they were short staffed. Okay. Came back after 4 hours and my car was in the same spot. Never been touched. The guy behind the front desk acted dumb and asked if I wanted to stay longer. Hell no. We left. Bad experience. Aweful customer service. In fact, if the work is as bad as the customer service no on should ever go there. Total jackoffs. read more

The amp went out in my 2008 Rav 4, so I decided to replace the stereo (with a built in amp) so that I could play songs from my phone via Bluetooth. I had been here before for window tinting and had found their work to be excellent and reasonably priced, so I went here for the stereo. They helped me pick one out based on my preferences and budget and did a beautiful installation. They were very honest and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The sound was amazing (better than the premium sound system I had originally) and I was so happy with the product and their service that I replaced the stereo and speakers in my 2006 civic as well. Although this was the same model, and the installation just as professional, it was a little glitchy intermittently and seemed that the unit might have a problem since it worked beautifully in my other car. I mentioned it to them when I returned to get the rear speakers replaced, although when I was there the unit was working beautifully. My experience with intermittent issues like this is that if they "can't reproduce the problem" nothing gets resolved. However, they didn't skip a beat...he said he didn't have another one in stock but would have one here on Thursday to replace it. Service like this, is IMPOSSIBLE to find anywhere these days. When I was using Bluetooth in my car I could hear others on my phone but they could not hear me. A technician at the dealership tried several "fixes" but none of them worked. He then said I would need to pay $170 to have the microphone in the car checked. Instead I took the car to Freeman's and they fixed it quickly. Minimal charge, great customer service. I had taken my car to Freemans Fletcher location a few month ago for a stero install. There were a problems that occurred and I had the old stereo put back in the car. A month or so had gone by, and I was contacted by one of freemans associates named Chien. He knew of my problem and called me to get things straightened out to my satisfaction. We set up an appointment and I took my car for the new stereo install, and everything worked out perfect. Nice install, it was done in a timely manner, and was a clean job.
