She asked about pet hair and I said there may be a little, but dog doesn't shed and seats are covered. I've taken two cars to Dr. Detail, and both times I had to return the car to have work redone. This time, I took a car for an exterior hand wash and interior detail. On their first attempt, it seemed they hadn't even attempted to detail the interior. The floor mats were dirty, there was debris on the carpet, and they didn't detail the engine compartment as I had requested. On the second attempt, the interior was a bit better but far short of a "detail," more of what you'd expect from AutoBell for $30. It appears that they used a dirty dishrag to try to clean the glasswork; there is a coat of some substance on the interior glass. Glass is difficult to photograph, and the picture is of one of the displays in the car. I ran my finger over it, and you can see the smudge through the grime coating the interior glass of the car. Additionally, when they were done, they parked the car under a tree, and now I've got to clean the sap that dripped on the vehicle. It's impressive how bad this place is.
