On my third trip in there, an employee told me they were handling it and would call me back within a day. Never got a call back, so I had to go back in there the fourth time and make a fuss. Thought it was all handled, got reimbursed for the over billing, and now, 2 months later, my next bill is showing the incorrect amount again. So back to the store I go. If I had not been paying attention to my bills or had not HOUNDED them for MONTHS, this would never be resolved. They would over-bill me by $20+ ever month for 2 years. Immediately after hearing this he says, "oh yeah we don't have any in this store man". I then responded & said, "I've called 2 other stores & they both said THIS store had SIM cards." He says, "what stores? Hold on let me check something" before we go over to his computer counter. He then proceeds to call another store to ask them how to login so he could help me.... Long story short, they had SIM cards. Save your time, go to another store or company.

I asked him if he could call another store to see if there "machine" worked because I didn't want to send in my trade-ins through the mail, but he didn't care and said I could call, gave me the shipping labels and told me to have a nice day.
