Ridgeview Roofing and Restoration is an incredibly reliable, professional and hardworking company! From the start of my experience with them until the job completion, I felt very comfortable and secure with every process, and all aspects of the job. And it was clearly all due to the diligent and consistent work of CeJay Hines. This company came highly recommended by a fellow teacher who had her roof, and her brother's roof completed by them. She had hail damage and they got her insurance company to cover all of it. I called them for my hail damage just to get an idea of price. CeJay Hines came out within 2 days and did a thorough inspection. He definitely knows roofing! He was able to find recent and older hail damage and connect it to Albuquerque storms that produced heavy hail in my neighborhood. He then went to bat with my insurance company. Initially, my roof was denied for a complete roof. I was bummed, but CeJay knew exactly what to do and tirelessly dealt with my insurance, and after some back and forth got my whole roof, my shed, and some interior ceiling damage fully covered!!!!! He also was very knowledgeable about my solar panels. He got insurance to cover the removal and reinstall of them as well! Originally, it was not covered, but he was persistent and well-versed in insurance procedures and tricks and got it covered! Amazing persistence and preparedness for all the issues! He made sure he was there when the insurance adjusters were on site. There was no down time from the day my solar panels were removed. They came out within 1 day and started my job. It was completed and all clean up was finished within 36 hours. No stress for me!!! He stayed in constant contact with me during the whole job, especially with all the insurance back and forth! I didn't have to do a thing. On top of all that, CeJay went above and beyond with issues that came up throughout the job. He removed and discarded the old satellite dish. He discovered that all existing roof canales were too high and lowered them to allow for proper drainage, (that part was NOT covered by insurance). He left extra TPO for the solar company to put under the panels during re-install. He replaced old shed shingles with some he had left over from another job, and did the whole new underlayment, again, at no cost to me! But my FAVORITE thing was that when he noticed my shed didn't have proper ventilation, he installed a turtle vent to help keep the shed cool!!!! I know this review is long, but there were so many details I had to get in. I was very impressed with Ridgeview Roofing and Restoration, and CeJay Hines, and his incredible attention to detail and roofing expertise!!! Aaron & Alexis came known to us as a result of hail damage to our roof. Being seniors, we aren't able to get on our roof and inspect for any damage. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and informative, providing us with details and photos before we made a decision to go with them. Aaron even worked with our insurance company for us. Alexis, as the project manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. She even took on the roofing supply delivery company when the ran over and crushed some of our landscaping. Checks back occasionally to make sure we are still happy with the finished proect. Working with Kim and Aaron and their whole team was really a great experience for me. Kim pursued my insurance company to ensure that I received every possible dollar to accomplish my goal of having a new and overdue roof. Their Project Manager, Alexa, helped with amazing samples and pictures of every possible color. Wow. She provided colors that I would never have considered and with her expertise, helped me choose a color that just pops. I totally love my new roof. It is SO beautiful. The Office Manager, Katie was also very patience with invoices that had to be corrected several times for proof to my insurance company.
