I was told on the day I purchased the mattress and box spring I could switch out the unopened bedroom frame and headboard. This was in January it is now March going into April and I have not received any help from upper management. I called around myself to several neighboring stores to see if they had the queen size headboard and frame just to be told the same thing from all they have trucks coming in. Which is the same thing I have been told for almost 12 weeks now. I am super unhappy and would not recommend this store to anyone. Super unprofessional. The manager of the Rocky Mount store has not been helpful at all. I was told someone would reach back out to me and it has been a month with no phone call. I still have an unopened box for a full size sitting in my bedroom from December. I just want to be able to finish putting my bedroom together with an entire bedroom set! If I could give 0 stars I would…read more I had a horrible experience with Bob's appliances in rocky mount, NC Our fridge has been broken for the last two weeks and we finally got an appointment scheduled for 09/18/24 They called the landlord and the landlord never answered because he was super busy, they called me and I had my phone on do not disturb and I called them back 5 minutes later, the manager said they aren't sending anyone out there because they have a 10-15 minute hold for the technician I told them they called the landlord first and not me, I have a newborn and toddler in this house and I need someone to come out here! The manager said no, they can't. They called Frigidaire who told them it was likely the water tank. There would be another charge to fix that. Maybe on the first visit it would have been impossible to diagnose both issues but in my mind, leaks from multiple places should have been discerned on the first diagnostic visit. Was there a hose leak or was it the water tank all along? I don't know. This service is under new ownership. will be rebranded Elite Appliances. Unfortunately, with the cost of repair, you're often better off to buy a new appliance and get a warranty. In my case I'm out the repair cost AND the cost of a new dishwasher. I didn't ask them to come back.
