Almost reminded me of when I first bought the car and it's almost going on its 10th year. :) and I just paid for a basic wash... it would have been even better if I added in the extras. They had an air compressor to take out water from behind lights and other cracks so you don't get water streaks as you drive away. I usually have a towel to wipe those up after I drive for a bit after a wash. But, I barely had any to wipe up! The waiting area was clean and had comfortable couches to sit, nice and cold inside as it was close to 100 degrees outside, restroom was clean - It's just the soap dispenser wasn't working, but big deal. At least they had soap in it. I forgot to mention it to them... Big enough windows to see your car getting washed/dried. Super fresh and clean!

Service was on point, every encounter I had all were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient , pricing is very reasonable too. Worth every penny,of my hard earned money. I am a people watcher and let me tell you, every single employee there hustles to get the cars taken care of. Also when I have asked a million questions on IG, Alex has been quick to respond. When you ask for something simple, they respond with bad attitude or act annoyed, and that speaks to a much bigger problem: The supervisor is just as careless and unprofessional as the employees. While other Go Car Wash locations stay on top of things-- * towels stocked * vacuums working * areas clean * staff actually helping customers --this location is the complete opposite. Employees leave their stations unattended, don't monitor the entrance, don't help direct cars, and the place often looks dirty, abandoned, and poorly run. This is clearly a leadership issue. The employees aren't the real problem--the supervisor doesn't manage, doesn't correct behavior, and doesn't set standards. Until corporate replaces the supervisor or retrains the whole team, this location will remain the worst Go Car Wash in the area.
