I want to shout out Braulio... since day one when I brought my Honda he has been super professional, friendly and welcoming! he was very informative in explaining the package deal I was interested in & its a great value for what it covered and he also took care of me when I brought my Kia as well. Great customer service goes a long way!!! Love the towels they allow you to use to dry your car and all of the extra sprays for tire shine, dashboard cleaning etc... I admire everything staying stocked and clean all the time. Another big deal for me is they actually spray majority of the car before it enters in the wash and not just a spritz on the windshield like another car wash I pulled away from. Avoid going here because their marketing tactic is to aggressively push/upsell you the monthly subscription service. They will continue to charge you even if you don't use the service. Even after calling them, and the agent says you'll be refunded for all previous charges, they only offer a partial refund. I finally blocked the reoccurring charge on my credit card to stop future charges. Additionally, a rebranding is overdue, the business is advertised as Uptown Auto Spa, charges on CC are from Uptown Auto Spa, however, it's actually a Rocket Car Wash and has been for sometime. Brought my Honda in for a wash, first time it was fast however the front of the car was still dirty as the rest of the car was ok! DONT COME HERE!! CARWASH MACHINE LEFT SPOTS ON YOUR CAR!!!!!! MANAGER DONT CARE FOR ANY COMPLAIN 6/16 9:15a. Trying to do a quick wash. I chose a Express Wash for $10. When the car finish wash, I discover that spots (in multiple colors (white-ish, yellow-ish) ALL OVER the car body. Front, rear, roof, windows. I went to manager and told her the problem. But her response blew me away. Not only that she ignore me, she didnt apologize or at least see the problem. She denied me and told me that theres no way the machine does that. Then told me to rewash. There is another guy standing close to her, didnt do anything either. Maybe he is new or just plain ignorant. I sensed that these people werent train to handle problem or complaint. So I didnt stay much longer and went to the tunnel to get my car rewashed. Otw to tunnel, I was ambushed by 2 other personnel (lady that stay at the kiosk and a man that spray water before tunnel). The lady kept attacking me and told me that the machine didnt do that a told me that I lied. That man, accused me of lying coz no other car had same problem. I told him that he saw when I came in first time, and the car was not like that. None of them apologize or check the carwash machine that may be there is something wrong. I regret this new management take over. Clearly they just want to take your money and dont care about the service they provide. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! read more

I'd give a zero!! I was a member; I wanted to give the place a chance and not needless to stay I'm not impressed by the service. The staff is rude, and annoyed you are even there. The wash didn't do a very good job cleaning the car, the vacuums and products they have don't work well. Products seem to be watered down. I made the awful mistake by taking my new car through for a wash, when I got out of the wash I noticed some damage. I went inside to let the manager know, they took photos and told me someone would call me soon. Didn't offer a refund or anything just cancelled my membership. I called their customer service about this as well so they would be aware of their wash causing damage. After a week I finally get an email back from the agent and Just my luck they are refusing to take responsibility for the damage they caused to my car. To get deep circular sketches on my car like this was caused by their spinning brushes. Complete disappointment!! Be aware and cautious about your car and money going to this company! This company is just cheap and scamming people while also causing damage that now comes out of your pocket!! (The photos included below- first two are from me taking pictures right after it happened at their property. If you zoom in you can see it clearer. This maybe the fastest drive through car wash in my life. Picked the $15 wash. It felt rushed and someone was sent in right behind me. The gentleman who helped at the entrance where I paid notions that $10 wash is most practical or best. I would have to agree with him after the whole experience. After that super express fast wash, you have to vacuum your own car. Not sure the name "spa" reflects the service provided. Spa is where you go to be pampered. No one touched my car and your will have to vacuum your own car in the 100 degree heat. There should be an added option for someone to vacuum my car for an extra $5-$10. I would have paid for it. I signed up for their subscription service since they we're running a deal of $10 a month for three months of their best car wash service which after would get bumped up to $25 a month. 7/31 I got bumped up to $25, so I went in person to cancel around 8/1. The man behind the computer told me I was all set and gave me a receipt for a $0.00 transaction. I was charged later that month for the subscription I supposedly canceled. DO NOT GO HERE. I live in the area and this was the first time I visited this car wash. I'm not sure if it was the force of the water or the fact that the brushes were too stiff.. but the drip molding on the top of my car was stripped off. The lady working the car wash actually had to go into the wash and bring it out (broken) for me. The workers were very nice, and I have no complaints about them. But this car wash is absolutely terrible. They even have a couple of signs stating that they are not responsible for any damages such as this. I have a relatively new 2016 Infiniti Q50 so this was not due to the age of my car. I have never had any damages to my car before, but this cost me $357 to fix. Needless to say, this has been the most expensive car wash I have ever had. I would give this place less stars if I could. read more

I used to love this car wash and had three vehicles on the monthly plan. Location was great, staff was okay. They recently had a change in ownership or management. At first it was okay, they added towels and spray bottles with glass cleaner and miscellaneous items needed to clean your vehicle. BUT, then it changed. They raised the prices, which at first I was okay with since they were now providing me with additional services, but this ended after a bit. They removed the air blowers, many of the vacuum nozzles were broken and it was hit and miss as to which sprays and brushes were working as you went through the wash. Doesn't seem like the new owners/management care about keeping the machinery running. Sorry, but it's no longer worth the price. I've cancelled my membership and going to find another carwash that is more reliable. read more

This place is such a disappointment. As of today I'd rather drive further out to a different facility to get my car detailed & wash it myself instead to have to wait here for too long. Customer service is really lame. They claim that they only have one person on staff plus their equipment scratched my car. They have the spinners at the end as you exit that don't work and their excuses that they'll have somebody come fix it and they told me the three months ago it's still not fixed so now I'm giving up on this place and I don't recommend it to anyone anyone. read more

They really need to change the page from UPTOWN AUTO SPA to ROCKET CAR WASH. It hasn't been uptown since January 2023, and the new ownership does not care about improving or providing customer service. They are only out to get people do sign up so they can auto bill every month while giving extremely low service for the price. And when you do complain or want to talk to someone about the issues it feels like complaints go unheard. Staff is rude and unhelpful and management really doesn't care about anything. I hope they change the name because UPTOWN NEVER treated it's members like this and they don't deserve ROCKET CAR WASH bad reviews. This page use to have a 4.3 before ROCKET CAR WASH bought them and ran it to the ground. read more

The car in front of me put their car in Park instead of Drive at the end of the line. This car wash does not have an auto shut down feature so the belt pushed me into the back of the other car. We were blaring the horn to get someone's attention. Before they shut down the belt the car behind me got pushed into my back bumper causing damage. Filled out an incident report and was told we all would be getting all information including video via email by Monday. After a few days of nothing went back and spoke to Brandon who made excuses and said they would share nothing. So now I'm stuck going through my own insurance. These guys always try to hard sell their monthly membership. I don't trust anything they say. They certainly don't have your back or want to protect the interests of their customers. I was told on two different occasions that my account has been cancelled and I would be getting a refund, and instead they withdrawal more money. Both of these gentlemen have been more than helpful when I have needed their assistance, not to mention that they have spray bottles filled with tire shine, glass cleaner etc. available for customer use. Fyi. Don't DOWNGRADE your package more than a day before your membership renews. Here's why: They will basically start your membership all over again from the day that you downgrade. I downgraded one week early and was shortened by a whole week. My renewal date was 11/9/2018 but since I came in early ( so that I could avoid the high managers special of $34.95) I decided to go in on 10/31/2018; my "NEW" membership started on THAT day. So now my NEW date is 12/1/2018. Needless to say, I won't be returning. Bad business practices deter me from doing tranactions with companies such as this one. Honestly, this one of the fastest and cleanest drive thru car washes I have ever been in the IE area! You definitely get your bang for your buck when going here. I absolutely loved the unlimited car wash $9.99 for the first month. Even for the basic wash it's only $5 and it really does take 5 minutes. I'm hoping they have another promotion soon.
