SCAMMY!! SCARY!!! DONT GO!!! Mike Espinoza was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't go there. Previously used this insurance broker and loved them in 2016 and 2015. Mr. Espinoza made rude remakes, accused me of fraud, made remakes about my ethnicity, when I asked about alternative companies offers he said he was "playing poker with the policies and he refused to show me his hand" and refused to speak to me about other policies. He then started telling me I need to get identity theft coverage and made me feel very unfortable that gave him even my name. When I said I didn't wish to stay and speak with him he then refused to shred my information or give it back even after he digitally imported it?! Wtf?! What kind of scam is that? Best insurance agency out there!!! Went in yesterday. This is my second time coming back here and I honestly have to say I would not go anywhere else! The staff here at this office really knows their stuff and they're super friendly and fun people to talk to. I was in a bad spot with my DUI that I had in the past and I was nervous thinking it was going to be a long and painful process to get my insurance.
