They broke down the policy and the coverage thoroughly so I understood everything and could leave with a smile on my face. They fix other people's mistakes and they DO IT WELL when they shouldn't have to. Trust me, don't bother with the moron phone agents. She had it the whole time and later on used it to go out to bars and clubs and when she finally got a DUI guess who got the bill and had to go get finger prints to prove it wasn't me .
