My home sustained significant damage days before Christmas of 2022, the siding of the addition was torn on two sides and the other two sides came lose beyond repair. I got three estimates each was between 13k to 14k. Unfortunately, I got stuck paying over 10k out of my own pocket. The ALLSTATE adjuster APRIL HERRERA took a whole year to close my claim which I reported right away to only award me about $3,500.00 or so for the damaged my home sustained. This company is not honorable, I got rid of them even for my car insurance. I'm glad to say that several family members and friends have dropped ALLSTATE since. As nice as Joe might be, there's nothing that he can actually do for you he is just the middleman. it's like a car salesman who can't do anything for you if the car breaks down after purchasing. That's not the balance that's shown on the paperwork they gave her on her first visit. I think they might be trying to scam people here. When she told them she wanted to cancel the policy they told her they would be reporting her to the secretary of state? Reporting what exactly? This was a scare tactic. They're scammers and they try to intimidate people here. I will be filing a report with the DOI. They also didn't give her her money back when they canceled her policy even though she paid cash. They told her to expect a check in 2 weeks so we will report back on the status. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
