The company it's freeway. Bluefire insurance policy. On 10/16/2024 I took my car to the dealership at Carlsbad. I waited 3 weeks for diagnosis than filed a claim with Bluefire insurance. I have been waiting two months and unfortunately the adjuster can't answering my question when it's going to be fixed my car? No predictions at all. No car rental. What would you do? great customer service provided to me by zaman. i had got a non renewal notice. zaman was able to quickly find my policy and actually delivered bad news, my insurance was actually going to go up about 2oo dollars. to make things worse i had forgot my wallet at home so i had to make a call to get my card info from home. well zaman went above and beyond and was able to provide me his extension while he actually shopped a better deal for me. i called 5 minutes later with a quick answer which was great since i did not have to start all over and wait to reach an agent. zaman then let me know he got me a better deal with the same coverage. he got everything set up for me and i was able to get back to work. if you need insurance make sure you ask for zaman if your looking for the best deal. quick easy and he provided great customer service we even chatted about our motorcycle journeys. zaman if you're reading this ride safe brother!!! and keep providing excellent customer service. read more

Honestly I'd give this business ZERO STARS! This is the worse experience I've ever had. There is only one or 2 people attending they tell you the guy is in his way 2 hours later he still hasn't showed up 2 hours after that he has arrived but they will be closing soon! The Agent who attended me was Edgar Murguía At first the service seemed fine. But I had sold 2 cars and did not need the service anymore So I canceled in June. 5 Months algo! Yet I caught the same company charging me continuously in my bank account. So I called the guy and his best suggestion was to tell my bank to block any further payments. So after months of dealing with the insurance company (National General) linked by Freeway Insurance directly, they tell me that Edgar Murguia has not filed any Cancelation Documents until November 11th! They never answer phone calls or emails I've been trying to get in touch with my broker for a week and still no response and now I'm getting charged a fee to cancel. I had a irritating time. This is false advertisement, this is a brooker agency. They make you pay all these things then send you off to some other insurance.( I never heard of the one they sent me to.) I felt rushed while i was here. They just placed a stack of papers down and told me to sign, he handed me each paper told me to sign, but he failed to explain what any of them were about, and when i tried to read them, he deflected me by rushing. I asked for a copy, he told me they were going to send me one in the mail or email, and i got neither. When i went back because i got these weird insurance calls, the supervisor told me that it was my fault i didnt read it. (How if i was rushed ? But i get it). He gave me the number to the customer service line, and they only sent the insurance the monthly payment, nothing else(they took more). I dont recomend this place, just go on the internet or something. read more
