Despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue, both VP and CEO have consistently given me the runaround, offering no solutions or meaningful follow-up. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially in an industry where timely communication and documentation are critical. I would caution anyone considering this company. If you ever need to transition coverage or require support beyond the bare minimum, you may find yourself in the same nightmare scenario. I needed to renew my business umbrella coverage and I reached out to the VP to assist me with this and, long story short, my insurance expired and he didn't care to reach back out to me until I started looking around for coverage elsewhere.
