I am a fan of the Rural King store that just opened in Franklin, PA. I even applied for and use…read morethe Royal King credit card that apparently is administered by Redstone Federal Credit union. I never do this but, I really like the store. After the experience I had today trying to redeem my $126.06 Harvest Rewards I will no longer be using the Redstone/Royal King CC. I clicked on the link provided in an email that took me to the Redstone login page. I tried to log in using my known userID and password. I received the following message: The Username and/or Password you entered does not match our records. Try again. I tried again, thinking I fat fingered a key. I received the same message. I clicked on "I can't access my account". Entered my phone number entered my username. No luck, I clicked "contact us". I had three options, 1.) email (that clearly didn't work a few steps back even though that's how all this started) 2.) Chat - I clicked this link and received the following message: HTTP Status 400 The request sent by the client was syntactically incorrect 3.) Request a call back. I clicked this entered my phone number and the following test in the reason text box. "I would like to apply my Harvest Rewards as a statement credit". I received a call back 5 minutes later. A lady listened to my request then forwarded me to another lady that explained the only way to verify me was by Social Security Number. I of course did not provide this as I am only redeeming awards points. Not applying for a new car or loan. She could not verify me using my cell phone, full name, address, or even my email address. She asked me to call another number to redeem the points. At this point, I am done... This is the second attempt to redeem my points. I went through a similar experience a couple of weeks ago. I will no longer be using this card.

Long story short - I had car accident with multiple cars involved. Allstate internal bureaucratic machine failed this time and somebody else car information ended up in my Allstate records. It took tremendous efforts to clarify this clerical error. Basically once something is in computer database it's next to impossible to fix that error. It took Becky Gordon dedication to her customers and deep knowledge of Allstate internal processes to resolve this issue. Highly recommend !!!

But this is Alabama and I need to cover my ass so I called Trey Pinegar of MetLife who was recommended by my friend and her husband They said very nice things about him. I will agree, he was great! He went over all the info over the phone with me and quoted a price which was higher due to my not having prior insurance. I was able to get a temporary insurance card faxed to me in no time at all.
