This place is Ghetto! They will transfer you to different agents several times, keep you on extended holds, hang up on you. If you ask them what is going on, they tell you that you are red flagged for suspicious activity and fraud. They refuse to give me a quote over the phone after I gave them all my information. This place is absolutely the worst place I have ever dealt with. They have canceled my auto insurance policy twice in one year even though I have paid the bill in full and my account is up to date. They didn't give me any Warning or even tell me that it had been cancelled! I wasn't even aware my policy was cancelled, until the DMV sent me a letter 6 weeks later telling me that my registration had been cancelled because I didn't have any auto insurance. I had been driving around all this time unaware that I didn't have insurance a valid registration for my car. Worst of all, I was unable to get in contact with the insurance company. They never answer the phone at the local office no matter what time you call. when you call a recording says all their agents are busy and they play music- but no one ever answers the phone. I have literally put the phone on speakerphone and waited a couple of hours when at home for them to answer on several different occasions and no one ever answers the phone. I finally went down to the local office during business hours. The sign says they are open. The door is locked. There was a woman sitting at desk right near the door. She is facing the door and can see me. I knock on the door. The woman ignores me. I knock on the door again and wait. She looks up at me, but she doesn't get up and answer the door. She continues to ignore me. I call the office on my phone. The woman doesn't answer the phone. It keeps ringing. I knock on the door again. When she looks up, I beckon for her to come to the door. She continues to sit at the desk and ignore me. This goes on for a good 20 minutes. She never answers the door. It also doesn't do any good to call the corporate number on their website. They don't seem to have any clue what is going on. Even after you give your name and policy number, they can't find you in the system and have no idea what you are talking about. They don't help you. They just keep transferring you from person to person. None of them know what you are talking about or know what they are doing. They just transfer you to the next person. After being transfered to 5 or 6 people, they put you on hold for a half hour and never come back to the phone. Eventually the system disconnects you if you don't hang up. I had called corporate several times and have gotten nowhere. I honestly don't know what their problem is, but this is one way to run a business. I switched insurance companies and couldn't be happier. I would advise people to stay away from these clowns. They aren't worth your time or the aggravation they will cause you. read more

Definitely not worth it. I paid my insurance the money was taken from my account. But they still cut my insurance and when I called to ask why they said the payment was never sent to my insurance company and that I will have to repay the money. When I asked for a refund it took them 3 weeks to complete it after endless calls and multiple people I talked to definitely not worth it. Super bad experience. read more
