I feel compromised with this particular agency in Victorville because they keep showing me that they care about customer service by all means. I have been talking with Karla over the phone on many occasions throughout the year and she has always taken care of everything. However, last weekend my wife bought a new car and needed insurance right away I called Karla, and she started helping me for a bit, then she stepped out for lunch and apologized for that, a minute later Shey, another agent from the office took over and of course, she went beyond my expectations. She was able to provide us with a new policy in a matter of a few minutes with a low monthly payment. She left us speechless including the dealership people, who were there during our transaction and were very surprised by Shey's prompt response, KUDOS to her. I highly recommend this particular office to insure your car because it's guaranteed that you will get the best deal. read more

Miguel A. Trujillo from the Victorville branch on 7th St. was extremely RUDE! For being a Branch Manager you would expect a better costumer service; however, that was not the case with Miguel. My dad was quoted a different price over the phone by another agent, once my dad went to meet with Miguel, he was given a different quote. Next Miguel had the audacity to tell my dad what time of insurance he should get when my dad was looking for full coverage and Miguel insisted the coverage my dad needs is not necessary. It was like Miguel was forcing my dad to buy something he was no comfortable with. When my dad didn't like the response, Miguel had this horrible attitude as if we wasted his time, that what's what you get paid for, to help customer, not get bothered by honest people trying to get a quote. Great Customer service at this location in particular. Karla Chaparro who's the agent here, went beyond my expectations. I called Freeway insurance to do a small modification on my policy, but went Karla saw how much I was paying she said, "WAIT, LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU" and see if I can save you some money. AND IN NO TIME she was back on the line giving me great news by saving a lot of money. And that is something that I appreciate because not a lot agents do that. KUDDOS to KARLA. Total Trash..purchased Auto insurance from them..The idiot started a policy with a car I onced owned three years ago..that I sold..after having sent the pictures of my current car to her..then tried to gaslight me into believing that I somehow instructed the idiot to do so..because they still had the car in their system from having it insured through them..had taken it off my insurance at the time it was sold..so rode around 21 days without any insurance on my newer car..and then charged me twenty dollar to remove and add the correct car. On top of that expect me to pay the monthly premium today for the upcoming month and act as if I didn't pay them 250.00 just 21 days ago for coverage I never had on my car. And tell me they were giving me a huge discount because of THEIR error..will be sending a demand letter for reimbursement. Also filed a complaint with State as well as BBB. Tried to reach out to the shim sham insurance company they set up and noone answers the phone. Never been so angry in my life..I'm filing a complaint against Miquel personally and his dizzy agent Rosario..Stay Tuned!!!..Don't deal with them Scumbags period!! read more

I called and connected with a Freeway Insurance Agent and in the beginning she offered me a discount for my deposit and I said okay, let's do it! Me being a bozo didn't read the contract very well. Little did I know she made me pay the rest after two weeks and I wasn't discounted, she lied to me which is considered fraud! I will not pay the other half because she promised to discount it! DO NOT do business with this people, like the other two reviewers before said you get ripped off and you are never explained what you need to know EVEN if you ask. I dealt with Elizabeth Brown and her work ethics and professionalism leave much to be desired. Even before turning in my paperwork one of the questions I asked her was what the process would be if I decided to cancel my policy to what she just answered "you can cancel anytime don't worry". Never was I told that "downpayment" would be non-refundable. And when she was done even though I had questions, she just left to help other customers and didn't even bother. As expected, I got a better deal with Fred Loya Insurance a couple of days after so I tried calling Elizabeth to cancel my policy but of course I was told she was "busy", so I decided to go into the office to talk to her. As soon as I get there and she sees me, she tells Alfonso(who I see someone else complained about him already) to help me. While Alfonso helps me she is just sitting around talking to her coworkers so I already knew I probably wasnt the first person she does this to. As I am cancelling the policy I clearly ask if I dont have to worry about any other charges at all and I am told everything is done that I just need to wait for my refund. My mistake for trusting them AGAIN as $190 have been taken out of my account today. I asked the same question regarding the payment I made and neither one was professional enough to give me the real answer. Please stay away from them...don't let them rip you off and take your money, there's nothing good to be said about this business as I'm sure they get complaints quite often. I've had multiple bad experiences here, dont get me wrong they have cheap insurance but in order to get it you must have been screwed over by them, okay so let me explain everything I've had to deal with, first I had gotten a policy and set up automatic payments. I come to find out a month later that the account and routing number I brought didn't create automatic payments like promised, and my insured was cancelled due to late payment. Not only did I have to pay a reinstatement fee, on another occasion I had canceled my insurance and I was still billed for my monthly payment, I got proof of cancellation and was still unable to get my refund in full one about 25% of the money they took without my consent was refunded. As of today I went to pay a back payment, mind that i no longer allow automatic payments due to them charging me without consent, I went in and the lady could not help me reinstate my insurance so I left paid my bill came back and the lady just so happened to not tell me that when you reinstate your insurance you have to wait 24 hrs to make any changes, also she printed a paper that said even if I pay my reinstatement fee my insurance may still be inactive, basically saying I'm gonna pay them for nothing. On top of that she said that when I do the vechile transfer my insurance would go from 80$ a month to 120$. The amount I was paying when I was a new driver. After wasting my entire morning they still were not able to help me I'm very unsatisfied Basically they are trying they're hardest to waste my time and overcharge me. read more

These people took and extra $100.00 out of my account without my authorization(that's called stealing in AMERICA) When I confronted the sales agent as to why she did it she refuse to answer the question. I called corporate to let them know and they told me they had no documentation regarding the overpayment in their system and hung upon me. I had to open a fraudulent case against them with my bank to get my money returned. This is a very dishonest company and I would steer clear of them UPDATE: Today Corporate office reached out wanting to apologize, REALLY!!!! Two weeks later. FYI all this happened in their Victorville office by a Kimberly Martinez. She's suppose to be a manager. A scary bitch running things. This company is sneaky so if you do get stuck with them be careful. This agent Carlos who was working with me basically lied to me to get me to signed and then once I signed he tells me I still have to pay all these extra fees about $400 total. Then , my pay date was wrong they said I could choose the date I wanted my bill due and instead it's was due in like 2 weeks right after I just paid all the fees . But they give a 14 grace period weird enough. And then I try to make my payment to my insurance company and they canceled my policy Don't use this company They suck read more

Wow. I have never been taken advantage of like they just did. Insured two new cars through them and charged us 794 dollars. 260 went towards our first month payment and then pocketed over 500 dollars. I went somewhere else and got the exact same insurance through infinity for 200 dollars. 60 dollars less. plus no brokerage fee. These people here at freeway insurance especially alfonso saucedo are crooked thieves who will take advantage of you. I suggest you go somewhere else and do your homework first.
