And was told that same day that I would get a refund. That did not happen. It has been over a week And I still haven't gotten my refunds. I was told as of today which is Friday, August 29. That they will finally get my refund which won't be in my account today. I do not appreciate the way that this company has done business. It is completely unprofessional on the way it was handled. Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau because of this interaction with this company. Please be advised that you need to make sure that whoever you are talking to and ringing you out? Please make sure that they are smart enough and know how to execute their jobs properly.
