That they will finally get my refund which won't be in my account today. I do not appreciate the way that this company has done business. It is completely unprofessional on the way it was handled. Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau because of this interaction with this company. I have been talking with Karla over the phone on many occasions throughout the year and she has always taken care of everything. However, last weekend my wife bought a new car and needed insurance right away I called Karla, and she started helping me for a bit, then she stepped out for lunch and apologized for that, a minute later Shey, another agent from the office took over and of course, she went beyond my expectations. She was able to provide us with a new policy in a matter of a few minutes with a low monthly payment. She left us speechless including the dealership people, who were there during our transaction and were very surprised by Shey's prompt response, KUDOS to her.
