Customer service is the worst when you have to deal with customer service that are liars and dishonest. Starting from the agent that signs you up to the customer support afterwards. Every time I spoke to someone different they promised me the moon but I received empty promises. Than silence not one ever returned a call or a response to my questions. Jose Ramos, agent Israel, Raphael, Jonathan and a lady which her ñame escapes me at this moment which was the rudest of all. The only thing good about her is she showed her true colors right away. I had so much trouble with so many rude ppl over the phone , concerning my expired policy. No one was able to help me , just kept passing the buck. I became so irritated, until I posted a post that was written out of anger. I apologize for that post. I drove from Fresno to Visalia where I purchased the insurance and was very happy to have had Janette Guzman help me. She was very professional and helpful. She had so much patience with me. I called for a simple reason, to remove a vehicle I sold from my policy. I was left on hold for one hour (the call went to voicemail and than hung up). During my lunch break I called back and got hung up on by 4 different agents back to back. Finally, with much patience, I got a hold of an agent who didn't throw me along another time consuming mission to find another. The agent who helped me out was Julissa V, and she also took care of certifying my SR-22 certification. It was a great customer service experience that many of their agents seem to not care to use or don't genuinely know how too. thanks, I was going to leave a one star before this though. read more

Has to be the worst experience in my life...! Since I used them I have been going through so much wasted time over the pay couple months..!!! First I didn't get the correct coverage that I asked for so they need to charge me twice a 450 dllr amount and then calling the insurance carrier I find out that the VIn is incorrect on my policy. So no I need to fill out more paper work to get that fixed but it has been 2 months that I have been driving with out insurance on my current vehicle and these are supposed to be license professionals I don't think so. I'm canceling and going with one of the bigger companies at least they can get the correct information. read more

Literally the worst possible experience I've ever had trying to reconcile THEIR mistakes with my policy. I never bother to leave negative reviews but after this experience I really wish I had checked here first before committing to them. After talking to literally dozens of customer service reps over the last two and a half weeks just to fix one form missing 2 initials and finally successfully submitting them, the following day I was notified never mind there are actually 8 more signatures missing here and your policy has been temporarily cancelled. Ignore the fact that along the way I was also falsely informed the issue was actually my DMV record (wrong) and then my financial information (also wrong), I couldn't even initially successfully e-sign my original documents without everything being accurately filled before proceeding anyways! I have no idea how this company is even afloat outside of just being a scam. Go ANYWHERE else. Also, before that bot replies with its automated apology and number to call, F@*% YOU! I've already spent so many wasted hours on that number being misinformed, disappointed, rerouted and hung up on, I gave up. I'll just be filing a fraud claim with my bank considering that besides all this bs, I still haven't received any proof of insurance, but they didn't waste any time taking my money. read more

At the beginning of the day I started making calls for quotes everyone I spoke to gave me outrageous rates for 1 car and 2 spending tickets definitely something we couldn't afford right before school starts for our kids but we needed it. What was going to be a stressful month after paying fees just to get started turned out to be not do bad. Wish i could leave a lesser rating!! I thought this company was great and saved me money but they ended up screwing me when i got into an accident all because i didn't claim who i lived with when i originally got insured..HOWEVER, This is not something i would ever/ have ever had to lie about in the first place?? meaning i would've stated, if THEY would've asked.... He rudely asked me to hold, and left me on hold for 15 minutes then the call disconnected. I called once again and he answered the call when I told him the reason I was calling for, he agreed to help me but in a very rude manner. Worst service I've ever had... signed up a few days ago for auto and health insurance.spent over 600$ in the office ... My expected start date was 3-1-2015. I went to the Dr today who as always immediately helped me. A few minutes after I handed them ALL of the paperwork Freeway auto insurance had given me they told me I would not be able to be seen because the subscribers ID number was invalid. I have never had this issue before with my old insurance so I was confused. So I call the help line that was also given to me by freeway. Worthless. He gave me the runaround for ten min and then tells me his health insurance agent (rosalynda castaneda) would not be back in for another five min from lunch.... okay. so I waited 10 min. No call back. I called again to have a different insurance lady tell me that she wouldn't be back for another 30 min... my frustration is through the roof at this point... I'm feverish and just trying to get a confirmation number that I fucking paid for 5days ago... so now I'm sitting in the parking lot of the Freeway branch who "helped" me....wondering how I should go about this next.
