To me I feel like I'm going to like a Chevron mansion! Once you get inside you're shocked at how much space there is and how clean it is! Tons of stuff on the shelves and in the fridges! Great selection is important to me because I collect Mountain Dew! It's also connected to the Indy Way Diner which is also a great diner! (I think I've been 1 time and didn't hate it so I can't really say that my opinion is for sure accurate or not lol!) I just drove through Castle Rock for the first time in months, maybe even a year, and WHOA, there's a Dollar General! I have been to the Rainier and Clatskanie locations, and this is only slightly worse. They didn't have their store exclusive Mountain Dew, that I was looking for. Rainier does, at least. Other than that, great stock of items, meaning nothing really seemed to be out. Looked WAY cleaner than anticipated. Also not the busiest, as Dollar General's go. Employees seemed nice enough, too. But they didn't have what I was looking for, so the interaction was minimal. This will probably be an interesting place for Castle Rock people to go, but it really won't be that much more advantageous than a place they've been familiar with for years. But it shows the start of maybe making Castle Rock bigger, and better. Definitely stop by and see if maybe they carry something the other local stores don't have. I've never had a better experience at this location than I have recently. the usual woman (who is ethnic, and I hate to presume, but believe she may be Indian, is a whole ahh delight!! like I said, I'm disabled, and once had one of my ESAs with me, she was accepting of it, wasn't intrusive or ask what my dog was for, and was eager to help with items I wasnt able to reach from my wheelchair. 100000% recommend this store, especially to anyone that may require a bit of assistance along the way.

I've had many questions that they've easily answered all with a smile. They're also providing fast service. I think they're making the food and drinks better than other locations I've visited. I will point out that I visit this establishment the most, and that's because it's only a few blocks away from my house. I think their atmosphere is overall very similar to other Starbucks locations, but that's certainly not a problem. I also think it's just about as spacious of a building as most, and about as much parking as most. I suppose this one stands out to me because I frequent it and live near it. They're on a main road and frequently busy, but that doesn't slow them down. It just may mean there aren't enough parking spots.

I love when a coffee spot feels like home! People mentioned the prices were high, but honestly? I got a breakfast sandwich and a 16oz maple vanilla latte for $12 total. That's a steal. Other coffee shops charge about $6-7 bucks alone (yes I did yhat), so Red Leaf is absolutely keeping up correctly with the economy jump. Sure, Red Leaf has a ton of drive-throughs, but I highly recommend coming to the Longview location or finding one with a dine-in area. I also heard the owners are local to Longview, so of course I had to check this town out! Driving in, I looped around this cute little pond -- so charming. That alone made the trip worth it.
