The…read morestore has increasingly empty shelves, many aisles are disorganized, and the overall appearance feels neglected. The cleaning supplies section, which should be one of the store's busiest departments, has repeatedly been poorly stocked. Not every employee deserves criticism. The two morning cashiers, Amy and Kevan, have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. They are one of the few bright spots at this location. Unfortunately, my experiences with one female floor associate have been the exact opposite. On one visit, she was stocking shelves, and I politely said, "Excuse me, my friend, would you please hand me three of those items?" I was simply trying to avoid getting in her way while she worked. Her response was, "I am NOT your friend; I don't know you. And if you want three of those, get them yourself!" I reported that incident to Dollar Tree's corporate office but never received any response. On my most recent visit, the store was in even worse condition than before. Stock levels were lower, the store was messier, and I again encountered the same employee openly complaining about both customers and her job. If someone is that unhappy working with the public, this may not be the right position for them. I hope management takes a serious look at this location. There are good employees here, but poor store conditions and consistently unprofessional behavior from some staff are driving customers away.

But he refused, he said, "if you tell the world, then then all these goodies will never get reduced so low!" But I couldn't resist sharing. I decided to give them the benefit and rate them at 3 stars instead of just 2 stars. The first thing that struck me when walking in was the mess and disaster that many of the aisles and shelves were. Items were cluttered on the shelves and many of the aisles were tight squeezes due to boxes and other items blocking the way. Additionally, there appeared to be no one on duty at all. I was the only customer in the store and actually made it all the way around the entire store, walking down almost every aisle and was never acknowledged or never encountered a staff member. I was looking for something specific, so I kind of took my time looking and didn't find it anywhere; and needed to try to ask someone. I walked to the front counter to see if someone was in the office, and lo and behold, someone called out that they'd be right there. The employee on duty came out and turned out they didn't have what I wanted (a wall calendar). Bummer! Now, it was later in the evening and maybe she was working on paperwork or something ... so I'm not holding that too much against her, but it would've been nice to have some staff presence in the store. That said, they do have tons and tons of affordable items in multiple departments. Food, housewares, party supplies, seasonal items, and home decor are the main categories they have. Plus, for the kids, they even have a fairly good toy section with inexpensively priced fun for the little ones. While it was a bust on what I came in for ... all-in-all, it was a fine store and perhaps I'll drop in another day for something that I know they'll have. Maybe I caught them on a busy paperwork night, a short-staffed day, and they hadn't gotten to cleaning up the clutter??

Wait ten or more minutes outside amid all the trash for someone to come out. Call again. Wait another ten minutes until a person finally comes out with a supply of dirty cardboard boxes in which you must arrange and sort bottles. Wait again for them to come back to count. Go inside and hope that the checker has your slip when you are at the counter. I no longer shop at this store because of the way they handle bottle returns. There are other problems with the store now, but this experience was the absolute deal killer.

Now for a week or two, I believe, there's only been a one-star review that's very depressing. I'm so sorry. Firstly, the convenience store is large with a great selection. Along with great deals on beverages and always being up to date. Secondly, the service is incredible. I swear every cashier I've interacted with provides fast and friendly service. They really seem to enjoy their jobs! Thirdly, back to the convenience store. They have a homemade fudge...um, it's in a smaller clear thing similar to the hot food. It's just so close to the hot food, but I had NEVER gotten the fudge. I think it's great, and $4 a square isn't bad. My grandma loved it, and she's the biggest fudge fan you'll ever meet. As far as gas prices, I think they're in the middle. Not the most expensive or least expensive. Which isn't bad at all. I think both the gas station and convenience store are fairly clean. Maybe some renovations on the convenience store would help, but not necessary. Also, this place never seems to be busy. You'd think with the car wash, they'd be slammed. But no, that car wash seems to go unused and is underrated. Overall, I think this is a prime example of a great gas station. Normal sized gas pump area, big convenience store fully stocked with the latest things and deals on them, and even homemade fudge. I know I can come here and be satisfied. (Now even more so, because I love the Sinclair branding.)

I've never had a better experience at this location than I have recently. the usual woman (who is ethnic, and I hate to presume, but believe she may be Indian, is a whole ahh delight!! like I said, I'm disabled, and once had one of my ESAs with me, she was accepting of it, wasn't intrusive or ask what my dog was for, and was eager to help with items I wasnt able to reach from my wheelchair. 100000% recommend this store, especially to anyone that may require a bit of assistance along the way.
