The lady at the front named "Mary" is the most rude and unprofessional person I've ever spoken to. She was immediately got irritated the moment I asked a simple question and had a horrible attitude throughout the phone call. Why work this job if you don't want to help and clearly don't enjoy talking to people? It seems other people have had the same experience with this SAME woman. Edit: When I went to go pick up the E-Bicycle, Mary that I spoke with earlier was apologetic and explained the situation. She was following her lead in advising that the registration, insurance, etc was needed. She connected with them once again and they have now revised their request and only an ID was necessary to release the bikes. I called to inquire about information as our e-bicycle was taken there and when I spoke to a representative on the phone she was quite rude, short, and not knowledgeable. She would say one thing and then change her mind saying another and cut me off when I was asking a question. She asked for a license, registration and insurance on a bicycle. It's not a motorcycle. It's so frustrating when I'm wanting to get more details on how to get my e-bicycle out yet their customer service is awful. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. read more

I hired Freeway Towing directly after disagreeing with how a AAA dispatched local towing company wanted to load my car. Deanna the dispatcher knew exactly what was going on and what was needed. It was already around 11pm (after messing around for 5 hours with AAA) and she and J arrived within 30 minutes. J got the car loaded up properly and without damage. There's no substitute for years and years of towing experience! I'll be cancelling my AAA membership and keeping Freeway Towing on the top of my emergency list! Thank you very much! read more

I went in Sunday when there open 12pm-1pm. I informed them i have my registration card in my car , i went to go get the money needed to retrieve my vehicle, when i came back the last in the front informed me that they checked my car & it wasn't there. I told them it was & i was escorted out to my vehicle ( the guy was rude ) every movement i did in my car he was there hovering over me. i told him " it's in the truck sir " he replied " it not there i already checked there not in the truck ". he didn't let me check my truck , i came back today with the title in hand & immediately after getting out the impound lot i check my truck & as soon as you open my truck it was sitting there. They lied to me making me pay another day. Freeway towing was recommended by my service shop. I needed to tow my car for service (I had a bad starter). I called and scheduled a pick-up and was told it may be 1 to 1-1/2 hour wait; 30 minutes after my call to schedule the pick-up the driver should up with a flatbed truck. I backed in to my driveway to load my cart from the garage stall. The driver (I do not remember his name) was extremely professional. He carefully loaded my car, secured the car to the flatbed using straps versus chains to secure the wheels (saved unnecessary damage to my custom wheels. His demeanor and attitude were very professional and took pride in his work. I could tell he was attentive to detail and care with my car. If all the driver's at Freeway Towing, take this type of care, I would highly recommend them. read more

I wish I could give them NO STARS. This place is horrendous, deceptive and rude. I got in an accident, they guy said "I'll just tow it to my shop down the road, don't worry. Come get it on Monday." (This was on a Friday). My boyfriend asked about fees and all this guy said was that there was a mileage fee and a hook up fee. When we called a few days later, they told us it was no hurry to get the car. When my boyfriend asked about fees, the lady said, "Why do you need to know? What's this about?" VERY RUDE. When I went to go get my car, I discovered that there was a storage fee that they never mentioned AND they are open on the weekends (for one hour a day.. HA!). SO they charged me for every day that I had it there. $25 a day. I've never had my car towed before, so I didn't know there would be a "storage fee..." the lady acted like I was a complete idiot for not knowing. I seriously had to do some major bartering to get my brand new tires off of my car before I left. Really, really rude people here. I stayed calm the whole time but wanted to break down in tears. I had to leave my car there forever because I couldn't afford to pay the storage fee and didn't know if my car was totalled or not. It was a horrible situation and these people made it a trillion times worse. AVOID THEM! read more

I thank Heaven that Our Lord had my back last night (9pm) when car broke down near The Quarry (Stinson&Old Hwy8). My sister got me a number for a tow truck & I hoped I would have a good experience. Gal who answered there was kind & helpful, quoted a reasonable price, & sent a guy out right away. I asked her if she could rec a repair shop and she told me of 2.
