I arrived to my new home on a Thursday morning pre-closing, entered the garage "what is all this…read morecrap in my garage?!" The home was an estate sale so it was items their parent had had inside that they hadn't removed in the five months since the house was listed. It was decent stuff, hutch, daybed, sewing cabinet, tools and various other items. But nothing I wanted and in the way where I was potentially going to put unloaded items. My realtor contacted the listing agent around 10:00 a.m. who reached out to 1-800-Got-Junk who said they would be there between noon and 2:00. Wonderful, I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround but grateful for it! Tariq and Jay arrived about 1:15. Got off the truck, introduced themselves and asked "who's paying?" I replied "not me! The listing agent...who I was told was to be here" Them "that makes sense, we said we were on our way and they replied they were 20 minutes away...and...you're here" We told them everything in the garage was to go, locked the house and left for lunch. I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. They handled the paperwork, paid cash on the spot, and made getting rid of my car much simpler than I expected. I called several towing companies looking for a rough estimate and some guidance on getting rid of my 2010 Toyota Corolla. Since I wasn't familiar with the process, I had a lot of questions, but most places seemed uninterested and weren't very helpful. I found Sell A Junker through Google, called, and spoke to (if I remember correctly) Riley, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything worked, from the assessment and towing to the title transfer and payment. He made the whole process easy to understand. They made everything pretty simple. We set up a time that worked for both of us, they came out to my car in South Minneapolis, looked it over, handled the paperwork, and paid me on the spot. They're based in Maple Grove, but coming out wasn't an issue at all. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and everything went smoothly. I was helped by Seth who was amazing as well, showed up right on time and was super kind and explained everything thoroughly and what he was willing to offer based on its condition.
