Today is a Tuesday, and I first tried to get my tasks done through their online appointment service but I wasn't able to get the exact service I was looking for and I didn't want to pay for something I didn't want. So... I did an online chat with a bot, and it said it would contact someone who could help me and that person would call me back. No response. So.... After more than two hours passed I tried calling the number for their Service Department (listed on their website). The phone rang for over a minute with nobody picking up and no message. So... I called their Sales Department (listed on their website). Again, the phone rang for over a minute with nobody picking up and no message. So... Using the email address they provided online I sent them an email, spelling out exactly what I wanted them to do. After over an hour there is still no response to that email. It's the middle of the day, it's a Tuesday, it's not a holiday - and there is still no response in any form, no way to leave a message, and my opinion of their customer service could not be much lower. I don't understand this at all. I have no personal axe to grind with anyone there, and I actually liked the salesman we bought the Bronco from that day, but considering almost everything after we decided to buy the vehicle I can definitely guarantee that when I buy my next truck (it'll likely be a diesel F-250) I'll be happy to buy it almost anywhere other than Roseville Midway Ford.
