Kicking myself for not coming here sooner! After driving by too many times we finally decided to treat ourselves to some Hawaiian shave ice. And treat ourselves we did! My love and I ordered 2 8oz shave ice and opted for 3 flavors each. I chose cotton candy, sno cream, and the classic Tiger's blood. My love chose sno cream, tiger's blood, and banana. Both we got Hawaiian Style with ice cream center and topped with sweet condensed milk. Wow wow wowwwww. It was the perfect dessert! The customer in front of us said he was down from Virginia and they had visited last year and enjoyed it so much they made it a point to come again on this trip! Whenever I am in Orlando I LOVEEEEE coming here, the owner is so sweet every time my boyfriend and I come. Very helpful in helping us pick out what kind of shaved iced we wanted since there's so many options. I love that there is outdoor seating as well. It's a outdoor place (don't expect indoor), but there's seating outside and we went in the afternoon and night time and both times were very peaceful. There's parking behind the gift shop as well. What a fabulous find here in Kissimmee, FL! I was actually googling ice cream shops near me and came across Freeze Your Brain Shave Ice and was SOLD! "Shaved ice" is one of my favorite things, but this was my first time having a REAL "shave ice," Hawaiian style! There is a great variety of flavors to choose from and additional toppings to add as well. Literally every aspect of it was perfect from the super soft ice texture to the amount of syrup poured over the shave ice! My husband went with the kid size and went all out adding vanilla ice cream and sweetened condensed milk on top, while I went with the LARGE and added the condensed milk. It was one of the most delicious sweet treats I have ever had and I cannot wait to go back before we leave town. We also came at a good time of the night where we were lucky enough to catch the owner in some down time. He was able to chat with us and share his story and tell us more about the business.
