my dad called this company to check his air conditioning stop blowing cold air, thay said they charge 85 dollars for the technician pass by and check the unit if is something simple will be cover on the visit. ones of the two fuses was blown, he was going to charge my dad 290 dollar to a 80 year old man retired, to replaced 2 fuses. those two fuses cost in home depot 27 dollar. great service!! read more

On installation day, the technician mentioned that installing the thermostat was "easy" and suggested I could do it myself. At the same time, he openly asked for a tip despite the fact that this was a full installation service. This set an unprofessional tone from the beginning. Since then, the focus has seemed more on pushing early renewal of the service contract rather than delivering the services I already paid for. I was scheduled for the final service under my current annual contract, but initially, your team tried to schedule it less than six months after the previous one and encouraged me to renew before completing the current contract. After insisting, the service was eventually scheduled within the proper timeframe. Unfortunately, the scheduling itself has been mishandled multiple times. I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate your time windows, but on two separate occasions, no technician arrived as promised. Each time, I had to follow up with your office myself. Most recently, I was told I was "next on the list" after my morning appointment window was missed, but as of 3:30 PM no one has shown up, and I have not even received a courtesy call to explain the delay. This repeated lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' time is deeply disappointing. I expect the service I contracted for to be delivered on schedule, and I should not have to chase updates or rearrange my work schedule multiple times due to poor coordination on your end. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address both the missed service and the broader issues of customer service and scheduling reliability. read more

I had a horrible experience. They installed a new air conditioner and within a few months it had to be repaired twice. They wouldn't repair it without charging me. Also a friend showed me that it was installed incorrectly and they wouldn't correct that. Also, no one at the company speaks English which makes it very difficult to communicate with them. Yesterday an AC technician came who installed a new capacitor for me for $250. After its installation my air conditioner worked for 3 hours and stopped again and at the same time another fan broke down. The next day I was told the cost of repairs in the range of 4-5 thousand dollars and they didn't explain what exactly needs to be replaced. The specialists want to sell a new air conditioner more than repair it or sell and install you an unnecessary part. I do not recommend this company to anyone. read more

I feel completely scammed by Freezing Mechanical. I called them to fix my AC, and they charged me $500 to clean the unit, claiming that would resolve the issue. It didn't. The AC still wasn't working the next day. When they came back, they said I actually needed a part replaced--but the part was under warranty. They wanted to charge me another $500 just for the installation. I asked for a refund on the initial $500 since the cleaning did nothing, but they flat-out refused. Because of that, I didn't move forward with the repair. I wasn't about to pay $1,000 for a service that should've only been a labor charge. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. And didn't wanna work on my AC and even didn't want diagnosed my AC and having a maintenance warranty, they wanted to charge me having a service maintenance warranty, I find it ridiculous. After they told me it covers everything they lie to me. I don't recommend freezing mechanics at all, The supervisor is horrible. Unreliable doesn't help knowing the fact that I have issues on my AC doesn't wanna do anything about it and a brand new AC that's making noise and also the workers don't leave no messages the company never shows up to your house to check to see what's wrong with it and then they report that they they went when they didn't go to your house at all. Guys freezing Mechanic is the worst company ever I highly do not recommend this company. Do not install brand new ACs with this company. They are not reliable at all and they're not responsible at all. While visiting my family in Miami their A/C went out and this company was fast and professional. Highly recomend their services.

I had called for an estimate, they said they would have to send out a technician, which would be $85, but it would go towards. After about a minute, not using any tools, their tech quoted me $1150 to replace a $50 part and for 10lbs of refrigerant, even though my system only hold 4. Then they told me to be sure that would fix the problem they would have to do a leak test which would be an additional $450. These people are scam artists, don't waste your money. read more

Terrible experience!...I called them last month for a horrible AC condensation leak in the middle of my living room ceiling and they told me they would charge me $85 to send a technician to trouble shoot and give me a repair estimate,...I went ahead and paid it and the next day they sent me a tech but he couldn't give me the so called estimate, he told me that they would call me from the office and that never happened, meanwhile my ceiling was getting destroyed!!!....so I call the office three days later and she told me that the owners were on vacations and they were the ones authorized to give estimates!!....needless to say I called another company and the came right away to fix my problem( for $800.00) and now the ceiling is going to cost me an extra $1500.00 because of their lack of responsibility!...I will never call them or recommend them for anything.......!!....by the way I'm still waiting for a call shhhh..... read more

After the first year they sell me the maintenance and when I go to hire it they tell me that I also have to pay $ 85.00 for a specialist to check the air conditioning. I am so disappointed with this companies customer service. We recently purchased a $10,000 unit! It is currently giving us issues and it has taken them forever to even respond to us. We also had a previous issue where they did a duct cleaning which caused a leak. In the duct. They were supposed to repair the duct. That also took very long, so the duct leaked and caused water damage to the area around the air conditioning vent. Overall my experience has been horrible. I'm supposed to have maintenance tomorrow and even though there's a supposed ten year warranty I have to pay the labor. I've literally only had this unit for a year and a half!! read more

Elliot, the Technician that came to our home, resolved our HVAC issues right away, and provided us with excellent advice on how to prevent future problems! Extremely unprofessional!!!! They were to re-install my entire A/C unit. I signed a contract on Day 1 priced at 6k, Day 2 the technicians came and measured and said they brought the wrong equipment, that they would be back the next morning at 9 am. At 9:30 am we were still waiting for them to arrive. No call,No Show. Called the company and the secretary told us that that were not going to come that they felt they were not equipped to perform the job.
