We called a Tiffin Dealer and they were very indifferent toward our problem. We saw Carolina Campers and RVs and pulled in with the hope they'd be able to help. They made us feel like they'd been waiting for us to arrive! Stephanie met us as we pulled in with a huge smile and let us know, that while they couldn't do Tiffin warranty work, they had two Tiffin qualified technicians. The finance guy was super easy to work with. No nonsense. On one occasion we stopped by and a saleswoman took us through our newly arrived RV even though it was pouring rain outside. We spent several hours with a technical guy who went over all the details of the vehicle... They did an excellent job in prepping the coach for us. As we picked up the vehicle, we also did some shopping in their in store shop. There are a number of things that you need before heading out and these guys have several choices of each... Very convenient. We have had it out once and have a very few items that need adjusting. They have set up an appointment to drop it by and have all the bugs fixed.

Sales person said they would mail a new one but it never came. Wanted a lift kit installed but they said part was back order and would take three weeks. Went to upstate rv solutions and it was installed in 2 days. So won't be doing any future business with Bob Ledford rv. Maintenance supervisor is a joke. They made me finance the rv that I wanted to pay cash for. Sales guy said pay it off the next day he didn't care. No trust in this dealership. Lost me as a customer.
