Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left. They simply wanted a second opinion--my husband has experience in this area and we both understand the importance of getting a major purchase like this independently inspected. Initially, we asked a sales representative about inspections. He quickly pitched us their own inspection... for an additional $2000. No details, no transparency--just an upsell. When we declined, he told us we could bring in our own inspector, which seemed fair. We left the dealership planning to do just that--and to move forward with the purchase after the inspection. Then, just a couple of hours later, the same sales rep called my son and abruptly reversed course. He told him, in no uncertain terms, that absolutely no outside inspection would be allowed. He claimed it was against dealership policy and there would be no exceptions. That was a huge red flag. Why deny a reasonable, independent inspection on a used RV--especially one being sold as-is? It left us feeling like there was something to hide. Buying an RV is a significant investment, and this lack of transparency and sudden change in policy completely eroded our trust. Unbeknownst to the dealership, my Husband and I are also interested in buying a new RV but will now look elsewhere. Needless to say, they did not move forward with the purchase. If you're considering buying here, I'd urge you to think twice and ask plenty of questions--especially before signing anything. A reputable dealership should have nothing to hide.

Did my clutch at this shop on my semi , and if you're a owner trucker you know that clutch job cost…read morearound $2000 +-, well fine it cost me around $2200 at this location , even tho they charged me for 5 gal of antifreeze , which I know they drained the old one out and put it right back in, which when I first picked the truck a mile down the road I got low antifreeze light..... hmmm??? At first when I came there I wanted to get nice Eaton fuller clutch so they could install it for me , but the owner assured me that they have a nice after market clutch called "D&W"clutch , well not even a year after, I only went around 100k miles and there is no more adjustment available all I can say that D&W clutch sucks and it's nooo good, and don't listen to them and get what you feel is right for you, not what they try to shove up ur behind...,., Good Eaton clutch should last you around 600 k miles minimum, so now I got Eaton clutch for $667 , Eaton clutch replacement kit for $249 and the quote for the job was $1000, so figure it for yourself.... I wouldn't come back here ......

Everyone we called told us they didn't work on boat trailers or had no available employees to help us. Initially when I spoke to Phill Turner he admitted that he too was very busy but he took mercy on us and his grandson did a wonderful job of making the repair, checking out the system and getting us back on the road.
