I was nervous about taking Uber at 3am to SFO airport due to drivers not being available so called Fremont Airport Shuttle. They are about $60 more expensive than Uber but peace of mind is worth it IMO. Varinder was on time and helped us with bags. The van was large for multiple large suitcases. We used Fremont Airport Shuttle from Fremont to SFO for a 6:00 am pickup. Our driver Varinder was ON TIME and swiftly handled our luggage and loaded 4 adults and 2 teens into the clean van for the trip to the Airport. We had also booked the return pickup from SFO to Fremont. I received clear instructions to call when we landed and then call again when we were in receipt of our luggage. Due to parking and traffic restrictions, the driver must stay with their vehicle in a "cell phone" area. We gathered our luggage and I called the number provided in my email. Varinder answered and informed us where to meet at the airport, his vehicle number and color to look out for him. As we walked towards the pickup area, he was driving to meet us. It was literally only 2-3 minutes before he pulled up and once again loaded our very sleepy party that had just arrived on a red eye flight at 6:00 am. Booked Fremont Airport Shuttle using their online booking system. The confirmation arrived in an hour after submitting the form. The drivers arrived on time for both pickups. The return flight got delayed to 12:03am but the initial booking was for 8:52pm the driver still came to pick us up at a late hour. We walked over to the designated pickup lot after collecting our bags the driver was there already waiting and there was even no wait on our end although they mention a 10 mins wait for the driver to arrive. Overall 5/5 stars definitely recommend this outfit to everyone. read more

Not happy with this shuttle service. Booked services to and from Oakland airport. Got confirmation. Decided to just use for pickup at Oakland on return from trip. Got confirmation w instructions once we landed. Arrived at 11:30pm, called service no answer had to leave a message. Waited for return call. No call. Called again thus time someone answered and said our pickup had been cancelled. Told him I had received his email w instructions once we landed. Fremont Airport Shuttle was a life saver! I had called in two days before to arrange for a ride for my family & I from Newark to SFO Airport. We were suppose to leave home at 6am for a 8:45am flight we were 10 passengers most companies I called were stating I would need two-three vans because no one had a van large enough to seat 10. But when I called these guys they promised to have one van sent out that can accommodate all 10 plus our 10 bags. So I booked with them, the driver Greg arrived on time patiently waited about 10 minutes before we were seated and ready to go. He was a smooth and fast driver. These guys rock! I had booked an Uber XL as it was cheaper! Compared to the bigger shuttle providers. But when the day came for my travel the Uber vehicle was small and couldn't hold 5 of us with our luggage. So I had to cancel and look for an airport shuttle. I came across Fremont Airport Shuttle and they told me I'd have to wait 25 minutes before a van would arrive but it was a guarantee that we'd fit plus our luggage. So I agreed upon to wait. The company sent a big van which was able to accommodate 5 of our checked bags plus our carry ons and 5 passengers and we all sat comfortably. Surprisingly the price was actually equivalent to a Uber XL and we got a legit company vehicle. Great service always provided by two main drivers Sunny & Gill. Varinder Singh the boss is also great. Sends replies promptly via email/text has great rates that are more than reasonable and the service is outstanding compared to other shuttle providers. The few reasons I've stuck to Fremont Airport Shuttle is other companies don't provide you car seats, such as SuperShuttle or South and East Bay. This service does and there isn't a cost of two car seats. Then you're able to tell them the luggage and they're bring the right van for you. Everything is up front and drivers are always pleasant. Recently Manvir and Sam drove us to/from SFO Airport. Both arrived on time and provided an outstanding service. We always request a front facing toddler for our youngest and booster seat for the older one. Never had a problem with them! Give them a try!
