I booked our driver and a 6-seater Escalade for evening via Yelp so my friends and I could enjoy the party without needing to worry about getting home safely or needing to arrange multiple rides via Lyft/Uber. The booking was on very short notice and the coordinator, Priscilla, was very helpful in braking down their rates and vehicle inventory. Thanks Priscilla! Ray, our driver, was a consummate professional. Great service, pleasant to talk to, and did a fantastic job shuttling us around San Francisco on a Saturday night. I can only imagine the hoops he had to jump through to park that monster of a car while my friends and I were enjoying our night on the town. Ray drove us all around the city and the east bay over the course of our evening. He did well dealing with late night traffic and city driving; the ride was smooth and we didn't have any close calls or scares that I sometimes get with the odd rideshare driver. What I paid for the excellent service was actually a bit less than I was expecting. The terms of the booking stipulated extra fees for drop-offs or stops outside of the pickup/dropoff location. Given we had been all around San Francisco and traveled through the east bay to drop off one of our party, I was pleasantly surprised to see that one stop was waived from the final bill. Overall a great experience. I'll be reaching out out to Red Eye whenever I need a professional driver again.

The company sent me a text message around 9:00PM the night before saying the amount of luggage declared would not fit in the chosen minivan. I didn't have a chance to respond since I was asleep. I woke up to the text message, along with another saying my reservation had been canceled since I failed to reply. I re-booked at 1:30AM that morning to explain the luggage I had would fit, since we took a minivan to the airport. I didn't hear back from the company until I arrived at my layover location, about 2 hours prior to landing in Oakland. Instead of a text message, they emailed this time saying the reservation had already been canceled and there was no availability. So, which is it? The luggage won't fit, or there are no available drivers? I never received an answer. Since it was so last minute my group had to take BART. I was trying to avoid the train, since we had baggage, a toddler, an infant child and my father-in-law who doesn't walk very well. I would not recommend this company. They cancelled on me last minute and their texts and emails lacked professionalism!

It was all very easy and straightforward. The driver was on time to take me and was waiting for me when we arrived in SFO. I was impressed because they monitored the flight and my flight arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled and they were waiting. The only thing is the cost. I felt it was totally worth it for the Groupon price because it was slightly cheaper than I could have got by driving myself to SFO and parking for 10 days using a Park & Fly hotel. However, if it was regular price I'm not sure that I would opt for this option....and instead would just drive myself and pay for the parking. My previous experience with limo companies they will say it fits 12 people but realistically it will fit 8-10. That's not the case with That's a Wrap. The 300 Chrysler was true to size. Communication with the service was easy and thorough, I had to update our trip a few times without much notice and someone from the company reached out quickly each time.
