I would give this business negative stars if I could. Set up a pick-up for 5:30 a.m. to SFO from Fremont, which was confirmed by email. At 5:33 I called the phone number that I, thankfully, had requested. Apparently I woke up the driver, and obviously he was not going to get me to the airport on time!!! Had to make panic parking reservations at long-term lot near the airport. Not a great way to start a trip. read more

On time. Professional. One of the only times taking a shuttle that I felt a company took their job seriously. I will use them again as long as their prices remain the same (i.e fair). EDIT: I used them again and the experience wasn't as good. Yes they were on time, BUT.....BUT...the driver almost fell asleep! This is concerning as I had to talk to the driver constantly to keep him awake(!).....and this was during normal working hours. To be fair, this scary driving style has happened with other shuttle services as well (concerning). These drivers/owners aren't taking their jobs responsibly as they're RISKING the lives of their passengers by taking an extra shuttle call on 3 hours worth of sleep! After I wrote this review I got more than ten texts from the dispatcher telling me I was a liar and the driver wasn't reading email ---dude I was there and saw him. You weren't. His emails got progressively meaner and so I would never go thru this dispatcher again It seems like all the cabs have gotten together and hiked their prices to the airport so you will pay $60+ one way. After doing some research online, booked with these folks to pick my family and I up from SJC after a late night arrival. The price was very reasonable compared to SuperShuttle. Unfortunately, as we were traveling back from our vacation, our flight got delayed about 1.5 hours out of MDW - causing us to get in close to midnight. To my surprise, our driver was waiting for us and met us at baggage claim. The vehicle was an older Dodge Caravan, but was immaculately maintained/clean. He got us home quickly and safely. I highly recommend using AAA On Time shuttle service, this is the third time I have used them from SFO and San Jose Airport to my house in Fremont. Even though my flight was 40 minutes delayed this time, they still waited for me at the airport. Also I found their shuttle service is cheaper than the local taxi. Called a couple days on advance to book my ride from Fremont to SJC. They took my info and gave me a quote and told me the driver would be at my house at 6AM. Driver showed up at 5:58am and it took 15 minutes to get to SJC. He was courteous when I was on the phone and was a nice guy. Easy and prompt. I would book them again! read more

I have used AAA ON TIME AIRPORTER shuttle service couple of times to San Francisco International Aiport. They have had always been on time, and confirmed my pickup with me the day before. Their vans are preety wide and have lots of extra trunk space!! helpful when you are traveling with the family and carrying large suitcases. Last time I was traveling I was carrying lots of luggage, so I requested them to bring their large van, and all my suitcases fitted easily in the trunk. They are local in fremont CA, so I higly recommend them using when you are traveling with family and have large suitcases. Also their vans are very clean and new. Thanks a lot!!! read more

We were looking for SFo airport shuttle company. Saw their YELP reviews and decided to give them a shot. We had a group of 5 going to SF cruise terminal. Shuttle driver picked up on time and was very courteous. On our return from cruise called to confirm pick up time which had moved up 30 min, driver was there and waiting. These guys were great. I booked 2 night out flying in from Hawaii to SFO. I think I might of told them the wrong day and they had someone there to pick me up which I felt bad. But that was no problem, they still picked me up the next day on time and didn't charge me an extra fee for the mess up I made. The gentleman was very well dressed and the van was clean. Person who answered the phone said he had never heard of Fisherman's Wharf area of San Fransico which is where hotel is that we wanted to be dropped off. After I gave him an address he checked the schedule for our midday , weekday pickup request and said they were busy and couldn't help. I booked with them for a family yesterday to sfo, the rate was very reasonable although we had a lot of luggage and carry on bags. The driver provided excellent service, he was on time and 15 min early prior to pick up time and waited for us to come out. Last time another shuttle service charged us $15 for 15min waiting. Overall, with this shuttle service my family experience was much much better and really recommend them to people of Fremont and surrounding cities. read more

We use AAA every time we travel out of SJC. They are always one time for our pick up from home and always helpful, polite, and load our luggage. Often they are even early! We always feel safe on our drive to the airport, which can often be during busy traffic times. The cost for this service is very reasonable and we use them again and again. Especially when its to/from my home, I don't like to use Uber or similar services mainly because... 1. I don't want any random driver know when we are home or not, 2. want reliable transportation service should only know my travel, schedule, preferences, 3. I don't want to turn on my GPS to drain my phone battery during my travels. But still wants some conveniences that Uber brings... Since I travel a lot on the business, so AAA On Time Airporter has many convenient features they offer, 1. my frequent to/from airport charges are preset, 2. my credit card on their file, so just drop-off and go, 3. my pick-up/drop-off locations are already known, 4. won't be charged for reasonable wait-times, flight delays, etc 5. its like an exclusive door-to-door yet reasonable prices, 6. always clean, on-time 7. I care giving business to local, 8. always fun to talk various subjects, 9. can reserve/confirmations via SMS text messaging. Most of all very nice people, one of the incident we had a flat-tire and trying to catch a tight schedule on-time flight and imagine if you were on a Uber? but they were able dispatch another vehicle within short time and transport me within time. For my personal travels I still use them with all preset convenient preferences, seat up to 7 passengers, guaranteed child seats, ample storage for large baggage, even with better rates. I glanced the previous reviews, they are mostly great and those who gave lower than 5 stars were either had trouble securing the reservation or never received a service, which I thought useful perspective to consider for the overall. read more

Excellent Service. Used them in September/October for international flight. AAA On time Airporter arrived prior to our 5 am pick up in Fremont for SFO departure. Two people from one location was $80 one way, and van was comfortable and clean. Driver was polite and a good driver. On the return trip, we went through US Customs at our departure city, so actually arrived earlier than I expected and I had not advised AAA On Time Airporter about this. It was one of the hottest days in SF...90s. Dispatcher said our driver had been stuck in some traffic, but on his way. We waited about 25 minutes and when he arrived he offered us ice cold bottles of water! thank you! Very polite and drove very competently through terrible afternoon traffic.
