I went in for a nail in my tire, and got left with a $2,000 bill they refused to pay. While they had it on the lift, they left my key in accessory mode, killed the battery, jumped the battery WRONG, and surged and completely fried my fuse box and IPC. They gave the car back to me without telling me what they had done. I of course made it about 10 feet before realizing I had no electronics whatsoever. No blinker, no dash speedometer, no radio, NOTHING. I brought it right back and they said, "oh yeah, we might have jumped it wrong". They popped the hood and tried to fix it, but they told me the fuses were melted in and this was past their abilities and to take it to Ford Dealership. The workers told me sorry and confirmed the owner (Dave) would pay for the fix once I had a final bill from Ford. Fast forward 1.5 weeks it took for Ford to get my parts and missing work, and Dave refuses to pay saying "you can't prove it was my guys that did it. How do we know it wasn't already like that?" I asked him to do the right thing and he said "sorry". Worst experience and most crooked business I've ever been to. They don't deserve to be in business with how the owner treats people. As I approached the store a woman of the night approached me and began harassing me to allow her to perform services upon me. As a man of God who is faithful to his three wives, I refused. I made Todd from Autozone aware of this and he promptly stepped outside, paid the lady to go away and even walked her around the back of the building to show her where to take her services. This gum I am referring to is gum that tastes like cloves so if you like that sort of thing hopefully this place still sells it. If not then you will have to wait to find a Cracker Barrel restaurant.
