Jess and her team completely changed my mind set about going to the gym and working out. I was in my early 40s when I first started working out at Whole Fitness and, until I found Jess, I had never been able to stick to any kind of fitness routine. I was at my heaviest, totally overwhelmed, and honestly at my wits' end. From day one, Jess put me at ease and made me feel at home. Whole Fitness isn't a typical gym and that's what makes it so special. It's a boutique, private environment where you never feel self-conscious, intimidated, or uncomfortable. I always felt safe, cared for, and supported. The trainers and the other clients became an extension of my family, and leaving that behind was much harder than I expected. After moving, I tried to recreate that experience and quickly realized just how rare Jess and her team are. I won't turn this into a complaint about other trainers, but it became clear that what Whole Fitness offers isn't easy to find. I eventually stopped trying to replace it and started doing virtual training with Jess instead because I'm simply not willing to settle for less than the best. If you're looking for a place that truly supports you, meets you where you are, and helps you build something sustainable, this is it. Today I participated in my wife's training session with Jess and she really made me feel the burn. She showed my how to isolate particular muscle groups that's I never have before. I always thought I was doing shoulder workouts like side raises and shoulder press correctly, but she gave me tips that really helped me activate the muscle groups with less weight than I usually use. She also made the workout fun and threw in some movements that I definitely haven't done and really challenged me. Since my wife started with Jess I've definitely seen the change in her and would recommend her to anybody looking for a trainer that really knows what they're doing.

When you are visiting a ton of friends and family and this is how you feel, it's awful. This chiropractic office is amazing. I called them asking them for help. They worked hand-in-hand with my chiropractor here in Florida learning my history and what I would respond to. It showed a great respect for the patient and other chiropractors. First off the front desk, ladies that I spoke to on the phone and then met in person are so sweet and personable. Molly and Alisa were their names. Just very caring young ladies. Then I met Dr. Jake and he was awesome and he helped me a lot in one visit. He then sent me to stent and UV therapy with Taylor and Lexi and they were wuick and friendly as well. The therapy helps a lot. Dr Erik was the next Dr I saw for the following appointment. He was professional and caring as well. He was also a very good doctor. All in all, this entire location is an amazing office for anyone who lives near. If I lived here or even when I return to visit again, should I need some kind of emergency adjustment. On Friday morning when it was not any better we called her usual Chiropractor but she was or of town. She recommended Dr. Angela who was gracious enough to work Chara in. Dr. Angela is an extremely thorough chiropractor and she takes her time in getting to know what is going on and does not rush her way through adjusting her patient. Chara loved how gentle she was and how she explained what was going on and how she was working to correct it. While Chara was being adjusted, Don, her assistant gave me a tour of heir beautiful office and stupid me forgot to take photos - but I will next time. It is so pretty and so serene. I curled up in the massage chair and could have slept their all afternoon. They have a masso therapist and a reflexologist who take appointments as well as a nutritionist! I am so excited. I have gone to Dr Brownstein in Bloomfield Hills Michigan previously ( he is good and rather famous and I recommend his newsletter) but it is a long way to go. Dr. Sonnie follows in the same tradition, but is near to home. Holistic doctors are more about curing the condition than just treating the symptoms which I find typical in hospitals like the Cleveland Clinic which I also go to.

These men and women were 100% hands down dead wrong; I was suffering and dying because my doctors wouldn't treat the cause of my problems. Unfortunately, I was forced to take it upon myself to fly out of state (which was Massachusetts at the time) to an MD who would know what he was talking about. Dr. Clifford Sonnie is that man. I received immediate, friendly care from everyone at that office. They gave me tests I requested and didn't force tests on me. After receiving IV treatment, the results strengthened my health after the first hour. Dr. Sonnie has found the main enemy to my health and he is blowing it away. I became sick when I lived in Germany years ago. Somehow, I was contaminated by heavy metals. The 1930s Germans developed Chelation therapy to treat their own workers who were contaminated. Perhaps I lived on top of what was once a factory? I'm taking great medicine that appears to be working. One problem I've had daily for years has virtually disappeared overnight. I have no regrets about the expenses incurred for the trip. It was worth it. I'm going back for more treatment soon!

If your idea of nutrition is natural, whole foods, then this place isn't for you. They have protein shakes and energy drinks, which they call "teas" even though I'm pretty sure there is no tea in them. I regularly consume protein powder and caffeinated beverages, so this was a delicious treat. I've tried their cherry chocolate and lemon pound cake protein shakes, and they were both super tasty. There was a little chalkiness from the protein, but overall great flavor. I can't even tell you what kind of "tea" I tried because their flavors are always changing, but they were sweet and very easy to drink. Apparently there are no added sugars and the sweetness is from fruit juice, which I guess I believe, but I'm not sure how "starbursts" and "skittles" flavors can be added to the drink without any sugar or artificial sugar. I will say, besides the fact that it was almost questionably over-sweet, it didn't taste artificial or like sugar alcohols. The reason I docked this cute place a star is because the process of ordering and their menu is so confusing. I swear I talked to the employee (who was very nice) for half an hour and I'm still confused about some things. There is no menu and no prices anywhere. There is a list of protein shake flavors, but the employee had to verbally tell me the tea flavors which got very confusing when there are 6+ flavors and boosters in each tea. You also have to apparently order a tea and a shake? I understand that they complement each other, but I didn't feel like I had the option of only ordering one. Since there was no price associated with anything, I don't know if one drink is cheaper than the other. Also, I wish they were more transparent with what is in their drinks. Most healthy drink places have a menu with the drinks listed along with every ingredient in each drink. I have no idea how many calories are in each drink, just that there is 24g of protein in the shakes. I don't know what kinds of dairy products they're using in the shakes or what kinds of syrups they're using in the teas. All I'd need is a detailed menu with ingredients, calories, and prices and this place would be 5 stars for me!
